Extremely hard to get a hold of. My first appointment was fine, nothing to write home about. Similar to things other reviews say, he’s not very encouraging or friendly. However when I needed a follow up he was so hard to contact that I gave up and switched providers.

The most disheartening visits with Dr. An. I always thought doctors were in this field to help inspire hope, but all I had gotten from him was discouragement. He had told me it was pointless for me to continue trying and that nobody would help me. I ended up finding help elsewhere! I would strongly advise against going to this “professional” as you may encounter the same treatment as I had experienced. I Would strongly recommend getting a second opinion.

8/10/20 went to see this Doctor because his ratings,. But what Joke!!!!! I'm complaining of horrible Headaches an he goes an talk about panic attacks, an fibromyalgia an said he will do nothing to treat my migraine Headaches just go to sleep same time at night and get up same time to make a routine. It was so unbelievable incompetent to say the least, for a so call Specialists Neurologist it was upsetting... Never going back for sure .don't waste your time or money.

Horrible experience . Dr Arthur didn't do anything with my problem even though I brought lots of test results an imagines, he didn't bother to look at them as a neww patient I was expecting him be knowledgeable enough to figure what problem Possible have an follow up with some test or something. He didn't even examine me at all as Neurologist they always 1st visit check cognitive receptors Him all he did was sat in his office talking to me like we were friends discussing issues .what a freaking JOKE !!THA WAS . HE SAY ALL I NEED IS TO GO TO BED AT 1am an get up at 8am . That's how bad it went an he expecting me to comback in a Month to see if my sleeping pattern improve. Thi dude might have found his Dr's License in a Cornflakes BOX! I'M beyond disappointed an upset to waste my Mo ey an time on this call "Doctor" don't go you will waste ur time an Money

Doctor An has been very helpful and patient with us, answering all of our questions and concerns. Called him due to my mom's worsening condition and he called me back and followed through and set up an earlier appointment to see my mom and hear concerns from our family in person. Very unfortunate situation with my mom but glad to have Dr. An as her doctor.

Saw him month after month for two years and never got relief until he passed me to a coworker, Dr. SHUBIN (LOVE HIM), who found the problem. Trouble is I have to still see Dr. An to get my prescriptions with a copay each time. Catch 22 situation here.
