Excellent doctor and friendly staff. Great bedside manner and very thorough.

Dr. Liu has been my family’s PCP for many years. Never had any problem. Office staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Liu never rush you. He’s patience and pay attention to our needs. He alway gives me opportunities to ask questions.

Dr. Liu. Asked that I attend an appointment for my father. Making sure we are all on same page. Very attentive .

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All patients are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open, but at limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They do not allow pets in their establishment unless it is a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty massive. However, this massive parking lot is shared by several other doctor's offices. So, the lot does get full very quickly. If the lot is full, park on the street. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, compassionate, efficient, professional, and kind. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

He still our best family Doctor. I have 2 times tonsil pain during the Pandemic. He still takes me in the first time. The second time he referred me to Dr. Ted Shen. The staff got me the approval in the morning. I went to see Dr. Shen at 2pm. Dr. Liu just called me at 4pm to fellow up on me. I counting my blessings to have him as our family doctor.

Dr. Liu is an excellent physician; he is our family doctor since Dr. Davis has retired. He takes the time, listens to his patients, discusses the symptoms, the remedies and the options. He follows up his patients, gets ownership of them; in short, he is very compassionate. I strongly recommend anybody to consider him!

He was ok at the start. After a few years he became impatient & a bit insensitive. At first I thought it was me, until on my last visit he was outright hostile, nasty & sarcastic. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and again tried to dismiss it. But later on as I thought about it, I realized that I had done nothing to warrant his behavior. (I will mention that I had not asked for narcotics/painkillers, or anything other than advice).

Our life became so blessed & changed hath wise when we were recommended to see Dr. LIU for my husband & I both go see him as our regular physcian, when our other physcian retired. We"ve thanked Dr. Reddy who referred us to Dr Liu. D1&r. Liu cares & is dedicated to your good health & well being in every way. Every question gets answered & he spends his undevoted time, in the office, in the hospital, & or even in a nursing home recovering, he is there. God willing, my husband & I will be fortunate to be blessed w/ his excellent care, he makes it a pleasure to go "to the Dr's office each visit"
