Dental Group Of Arcadia's Online Review Report Card

I had a great experience at the Dental Group of Arcadia office this morning! Thank you to my hygienist, Daisy, who took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and that nothing was painful during my cleaning. Evelyn was also helpful and kind, assisting me with scheduling my future appointments and going over all of the treatment options. Overall, I recommend giving this office a try to anyone looking for quality dental care. Bonus points for 'America's Funniest Home Videos' streaming in the lobby while you wait. :D

Warning: Over-treatment and Lack of Transparency I am writing this to warn other patients, especially those using DeltaCare HMO plans, about my experience at Arcadia Dental Center. Key Issues: Misleading Treatment Path: I visited for chewing discomfort on my right side. Instead of diagnosing the root cause, the clinic performed fillings for "attrition"--an insurance exclusion--and immediately pushed a $3,700 treatment plan for "bite correction." Hidden and Escalating Costs: I was never informed that these fillings were non-covered benefits until after the fact. Furthermore, the $3,700 "bite correction" plan they pushed does not even include the cost of the braces/aligners. This is a clear attempt to trap patients in an expensive, open-ended treatment cycle. Failed Treatment: After the procedure, the original issue (inability to chew comfortably) remains completely unresolved. They seem more focused on padding their treatment plans than providing transparent, necessary dental care. My Advice: If you are a DeltaCare patient, be extremely cautious. Demand a written, itemized treatment estimate and full disclosure of all costs (including the "missing" fees for appliances) before you agree to anything. I will not be returning and strongly suggest seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

This is my 3rd time here. The first time I waited 40 minutes to be seen and then was there for 2 hours for a crown mostly waiting for the dentist to see me and work on me for 15 minutes. The rest of the time was 5 minutes of x-ray and then more waiting. Today I was in the waiting room for 70 minutes and my name had not been called. I finally asked them to reschedule for another day. The model for this dentist is to have one dentist and 5 people in the waiting room. Plenty of other dentist in Arcadia.

Personally, I think it is ridiculous with the amount of mistakes they made in check-in as well as the amount of time you have to wait. We scheduled initially at Saturday where I requested for a mandarin dentist for my mom. They agreed but when we arrived, they said that the specific dentist only comes on Thursday. We rescheduled for that anf and when we arrived, they said the dentist was not coming today and to come back next week. On the following Thursday, we came at our appointment at 9:00 am (arrived 8:55 Am). However, We did not get checked in until around 11am watching every other person go in and out. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Watch out for how much they bill your insurance/you. Cleaning was meh. Felt scammy.

Overall, it feels like the services are going downhill. The staff are kind, but it just seems disorganized lately. I'm told one thing, but later somethings end up being a bit off or takes an enormous amount of wait time. Wait times are atrocious. I've tried to be lenient but this is the 2-3rd time this year I've waited about 2 hours just for something small. :(

as a loyal patient I commend the following staff who make the dental procedures a positive experience. Brittany, office manager who is caring and professional and puts the patient first! Evelyn , patient ambassador who also supports patients in a supportive and caring manner. Dr Naureen who is an experienced and caring dentist truly concerned about her patients. Elena, assistant to dentists is also outstanding in her patient care .

A Horrible Dental Office Experience In my lifetime I have visited more than 15 dental offices, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The only thing this office seems to do well is marketing. Their website and online presence make the Dental Group of Arcadia look very professional, which is why I decided to try them. Unfortunately, the actual experience was the opposite. I visited this office on March 12, 2026 because I only wanted a simple teeth cleaning. Before my appointment I asked about pricing, but the office told me the doctor would explain the cost after I arrived. When I got there, they immediately started taking X-rays without clearly explaining what they were doing. By the time several X-rays had already been taken, it felt awkward to stop. Dr. Peggie Chen then came in for a very rough and quick exam and recommended a long list of procedures, including removing all four wisdom teeth, redoing a root canal and crown, and several other treatments. Another thing that surprised me was during the exam. While Dr. Peggie Chen was checking my teeth, a staff member who was writing down the notes put a suction pipe into my mouth without wearing gloves, which I found very concerning. One more thing they seem to hide is their work records. When I requested a copy of my X-rays so I could get a second opinion, the office told me they do not release digital X-rays to patients, only paper copies. I asked how another dentist could properly review my case without the digital images, but they said that was their policy. Nice website and strong marketing, but based on my experience, good luck.

I always go to them for my dental work. They always take good care of me, they are very thorough, Dr Baha is very good, kind and talented dentist. Elena is very good at doing X-rays and taking impressions for my teeth for periodontal care. Evelyn handles my insurance coverage really well. I am very satisfied with the whole experience with Dental Group of Arcadia!
