Lacks compassion and is rude. Agree with the other negative assessments. Does not like to be questioned. Gets angry.

WOW - Waited almost 2 month to see this DOCTOR.. first they had to review my case before seeing me.,still not understanding standing why he needs to review before without seeing the patient. FUCK I have nerve damage on my leg been in pain everyday.my sweet regular doctor told me to go see him., I told my doctor I heard his staff and the Doctor are WIERED.he said NO give him a chance ok.Made the appointment, yep they were wiered.,So twice they called me to see if I can move my appointment up, but I was unable due to work. so my appointment comes around and they call me as reminder, i was glad because I had forgot. I than said that I was not if I can make it can I rescheduled? Gracie said from the office well if you can not make your appointment the doctor will not see you so you will need to find another doctor. I said Wow really - ok let me see what I can do, she calls me back like 20 minutes and said its best you cancel. I said okay so he won't see me?? she said yes he will NOT SEE YOU., find another doctor. and hangs up. REALLY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.....

Called the office to ask for the out of pocket rate for an office visit. Front desk lady didnt even let me finish my sentence and interrupted me saying "we dont take cash price" with a rude tone. Better off seeking another neurologist.

I was refused as a patient because I once made a Workers Comp claim some years ago. This amounted to wrist guards every couple of years. That's it. No other claims, no time off work. I've been retired for seven years.

See the review of Percy Lee below, because the EXACT same thing happened to me with my mother.I should have checked here first, and it should have tipped me off that no MDs that I knew recommended him, only a staffer from the senior living home did. Live and learn.

I had an appointment with Dr. Frischette last year during the pandemic. I had to canceled due to the increase of Covid cases as I am also a high risk and had a five year old at the time at home who was not vaccinated. I currently tried to reschedule an appointment and I was denied services because I canceled my appointment. I believe it's unprofessionalism for anyone to be denied care based on canceling an appointment especially due to the pandemic and trying to be careful. I am highly disappointed in this doctors practice. I am now left to find care elsewhere and prolong my treatment.

Dr. Frechette is the best and takes such great care of all his patients!

My father who has Parkinson was looking forward to his doctor's appointment with Dr. Frechette. Unfortunately, he is a lot slower due to his illness and unexpectedly had to go to the bathroom which made him late to the appointment by 23 minutes. Dr. Frechette refused to see him even when my dad was willing to wait until the patients who were on time were seen. This certainly doesn't seem like a compassionate 'small', 'friendly' neurology practice that he advertises in the newspaper where my father saw his name. I am an oncologist at a major cancer center. I have never refused to see a patient who arrived within 1 hour of his or her appointment. When I talked to Dr. Frechette, he chose to hang up on me when I brought up this point right after emphasizing that he runs an efficient practice and a 'tight ship'. Efficiency, unfortunately, doesn't mean that you don't allow compassion and kindness for Parkinson's patients to guide your decisions while understanding their limitations when they are less than 30 minutes late. I am sharing so that future patients know what to expect. I know that would be what I would want for myself and my own patients, some compassion and understanding.

Best bedside manners. Not only attentive to questions or concerns, but gives insight and explains in detail medication, treatment, and plans. We live in a day where we want information fast and now, Dr Frechette delivers. I highly recommend him to any and everyone.
