Unfortunately I was referred here through my insurance. The Dr. is awful, and her staff is very incompetent. If you can find a different Dr. do so. Dr. Prescribed a medication not approved by FDA for minors for my minor son and forgot to tell me this. Once I called the insurance and find out why the medication was denied she prescribed another mdiecaiton also not approved by my insurance. I have to pay out of pocket and the pharmacy is out of state. A Hugh hassle for a single parent who works full-time and is trying to make my son feel better. My son also had severe adverse reactions to the meds she prescribed, and when I called she talked on and on and on without listening to me, or allowing me to express my concerns. She also never explained what to do now that we have stopped the medication causing adverse reactions. Avoid at all cost if possible.

This office and staff are wonderful.

I have been a patient of doctor Vallejo. I was following a treatment there. During the Covid Pandemia I had to travel due to several critical cases in the family (lost two relatives).That motivated me to miss several appointments. Upon my return I called to make an appointment, and was brutally refused by the doctor, wouldn't hear the importance of my problem. I find her insensitive, without any values for people in distress, I hope she never have to have to confront this type of crisis in her family. Or maybe she should go practice in her country the Phillipines where human life has absolutely no value.

I was referred to Foothill Allergy by my PCP due to having a sudden allergic reaction that made my entire face swell. They were able to get me in to see the doc promptly. Front desk staff were both polite and attentive. MA that took my vitals was awesome as well. I got put into a room shortly after my arrival and I didn't have to wait long for the doc to come in. Dr. Bonilla is AMAZING!!!!!! She noticed almost immediately that I had some eczema on my swollen face and hands....and explained that although I was having a reaction, it wasn't really an allergic reaction to a specific thing. She spent the next 30 mins discussing dermatitis with me and a method for relief and prevention of new outbreaks. I've had eczema for years on my hands and have seen dermatologists on numerous occasions and never once, were they able to explain in such detail what the issue was and what I needed to do in order to prevent new outbreaks. All they ever suggested were to put on corticosteroid creams that only masked the symptoms during the times I would use it, which was NOT a long term solution. Its been almost two weeks since I've been following Dr Bonilla's suggestion of using (non-steroid) ointment and cream mix and my face is completely back to normal and my hands look and feel better than it ever has in the last 10 years that I've had eczema. Anyone that has eczema knows how uncomfortable life can be with flare ups and I'm just amazed and completely grateful that Dr Bonilla was able to explain it to me in a way that makes complete sense on what I need to do.

Unprofessional staff -- I had changed my medical group and had called in advance to inquire if the office accepts it. I was told "yes." Upon arrival, the receptionist started the process of verifying, which took a while. The final conclusion is that the office cannot accept my new provider!

This place is wonderful. On time, friendly reception and nurses, and the doctor is great too. They all explain procedures etc. thoroughly and I felt very comfortable with their service and expertise. Highly recommend.

I've been getting my allergy shots from this office for awhile now, and it's been all around a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, while the doctors make sure to provide the best treatment and genuinely want to help their patients get better in time. Sometimes it can get very busy, but since I usually schedule ahead of time, I have little to no problems at all!
