Went for an appointment. Lady at front desk says my insurance would cover and there was no co-pay, five minutes later she comes out and says the doctor wants $200.00 for a consultation fee. Are you F-----G kidding me?? What a thief!! Greedy bastard.Stay far, far away, all he wants is your money!

My 82 year old Dad has a team of 10 doctors and specialists that have kept him alive thru Colon Cancer, Heart Disease, COPD, Emphysema and Type II Diabetes. Dr. Thomas is by far my favorite of them all. He treats my Dad with care and compassion, and is always on top of things. His bedside manner is beyond soothing to both patient and family. When my Dad was diagnosed with Colon Cancer, Dr. Thomas was the one who delivered the news, explaining that it was caught very early, and everything would be fine. I cannot imagine a better doctor to trust your life with. He is so accessible to patients- you can call him anytime and he will always get right back to you. We have never waited more than 5 minutes, and when he comes in he sits down and wants to know everything that is going on with you. He leaves no stone unturned when diagnosing symptoms. You just can't go wrong with this man on your team.

Most of my experience with Dr. Thomas has been fine until today. I did a consult in his office last week after a peocedeure in 11/11. He said I need to do it again and made an app. for next week. However I was called today and told my new ins wasn't good enough and canceled it all. Then Dr. Thomas called himself to tell me it's all my fault cause I didn't tell him I changed. He talked to me like I was a complete idiot and way below him. So even if I pay cash for my next procedure it won't be to him.

He looks at you as a whole person and incorporates that into whatever medical advice he gives you. I have seen him for almost 17 years now and I can always count on him to be there for me. He is a wonderful doctor and his office staff are kind and caring. I never have to wait long for my appointment at the office and I can call if I get in trouble and he always returns my call the same day.
