Gregory Henderson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Henderson has treated 4 of our family members for easy things to two with pre cancerous growths and difficult skin conditions. Everything worked out well for all. Great office manner and knowledge. He studied at USC and has a great reputation in Southern California.

Henderson must've solicited and paid for reviews. His lack of any knowledge from this century only becomes apparent after a little research. I'm not sure if he's scared to be there or just knows his ineptitude, but he has No bedside manner whatsoever. I went to him based on the reviews to deal with age spots. His answers were to burn and freeze. Luckily I opted to sample before going with all the spots. Three months later, I still have two big marks, one on each side of my face, one from the electric zapper and the other from the liquid nitrogen. In the first visit he only said a few sentences and made it seem as if zapping was the only method and there was no other. In the second visit he had a trainee. They both walked in without saying a word and the trainee gets within three inches of my face, again without introduction or any reason why. So I said, can I help you? That surprised them. When I asked since the burn didn't work, if I should take the Rx he prescribed. "Probably not" was the answer. From there every sentence included "maybe" and "probably" as he freezes another spot. The incompetence is epic and manner is inhuman.

Shout out to Dr Henderson and the front desk team and the nurses. You guys are great. When Dr. Capodanno retired, we were sad and worried about having to work with a new doctor. After meeting you and realizing how thorough you were in checking out my husband's skin for any possible cancer, we were at ease. Thanks for your great bed side manner and also keeping us up to date on possible proactive treatments to reduce the number of skin freezes hubby would have in the future. BTW, You have a star nurse. Two years ago Dr Henderson attempted assistance to me with a condition called angular cheilitus, which even though supposedly resolves quickly with treatment, just didn't want to heal. At that time I also questioned what I thought was a red rash creeping up my legs near the ankle. He correctly judged it as a vein problem and referred me to a specialist. That saved me a lot of grief as I had been concerned by the discoloration and was unaware it was what was causing heaviness in my legs. Vein ablation took care of the situation and the discoloration eventually went away. If not for him I would've gone on who knows how long wondering what was happening. Strange as it sounds, in my case the angular cheilitis was being caused by sagging skin around my mouth where the lips meet, resulting in unattractive red inflammation and crusting at the corners. Filler injections have helped lift the area to adjust the size and depth of the creases so there's less saliva leakage. Who knew. I wound up having additional filler put in to increase my lip volume that had flattened over time. Those results were immediate and I like the appearance of my lips much more than before. Realizing what he could do for me cosmetically, I requested Dr. Henderson perform a CO2 laser resurfacing peel and IPL treatment. Even though it takes about six months for the skin to regenerate, the initial redness went away in a few days and I could then wear makeup and go about my business with my skin looking smoother already. In the quest for a fresher appearance on a sagging jawline I've also arranged for neck liposuction and submentoplasty. In lieu of an entire facelift and with a local anesthetic, I look forward to seeing the good results there, also. The wearing of masks during this time will help hide any irregularities until healing is completed. Dr. Henderson is very knowledgeable and observant with a good bedside manner, is patient with explaining procedures and gentle and kind while performing them. I highly recommend him for treating any skin conditions, inc cancers.

Dr. Gregory Henderson is an outstanding Physician and human being. As a medical doctor myself, I am an excellent judge of the abilities and character of another medical doctor, and Dr. Henderson is first-class in both of these areas. Not only is he thorough, but he most definitely knows what he is doing, and he picked up a basal cell carcinoma on me which I was completely unaware of. This is without question a 5-STAR Physician! I have been going to Dr. Henderson for Botox for years. He always does an amazing job, giving me natural results every time. My regular treatments with Dr. Henderson have actually reversed the deep lines between my brows. I highly recommend any treatment with Dr. Henderson.

I had never been to see a dermatologist before and I had seen some positive reviews of Dr. Henderson on Yelp. I thought that he took his time, explained to me what he saw and what my options were. I appreciated this style as he was not trying to up-sell me on anything. He just explained to me what courses of action I could take and then I chose the one I was most comfortable with. Obviously, going to see a dermatologist is never fun but he was professional and courteous so if I ever need any type of treatment in the future I would use him again.
