Hanson T. Lee's Online Review Report Card

The office staff here is extremely rude! I was called to accept a $20 copay (before my appointment) when my insurance charges all patients $10. When I tried to explain to the woman that I have 5 doctors and know specialists copays are the same she got very snarky and said "okay okay you pay $10." This is not a barter system it's a doctors office and that was very unprofessional! Then she lied and said I was called 5 times and didn't return calls yet I have zero messages on my home or cell phones. I would not recommend this doctor as his office is very unprofessional and shady!!!!

Dr. Lee is one of the best doctors I met so far. He is very polite, enthusiastic and super patient . He explained all questions I had. Thank you Dr. Hason Lee.J.Y. Wu

This review is for my appointment with this doctor in last year, one hour long wait times, impatient with my conversation rushed the entire appointment and he told me that other patients are still waiting without letting my talk. Rude lady who works at front desk, tried to ask their accepted insurance, she got super crazy on me with yelling “ medical group is like your grandfather! Network is your father! “ this doctor didn’t talk anything about my procedure results after my egd. Called his office to make follow up appointment, no one picked up my phone. But glad I left this incompetent doctor

Dr. Lee is very patient and understanding with regards to your challenges. He's insures that before you leave his office there is clarity going forth, so as to better your health challenges.

Best doctor in Arcadia

Dr Lee is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful . My mother is his patient years ago and we still are thankful and appreciative !

I made appointment with Dr Lee on April 16, 4:45pm. I arrived at office at 4:30 asked a gentleman if I could go into the office to wait, he replied "no" and said I had to wait outside of the office.At 4:55 I knocked the door asked if I could go in to wait, by then the gentleman replied to me "the doctor is not in today", that made me so bothersome that since you knew the doctor was not in, why at first place you asked me to wait outside then the time came, you told me the doctor was not in.Know that I'm a handicapped elder woman, for doctors appointment I had to arrange the caregiver to give me a ride, for one appointment would take me at least two and half hours, I had high expectation to see Dr Lee to treat my illness, but all went futile due to unprofessional office arrangement or whatever the reasons. I'm very unhappy with this office. I'll ask my pcp to recommend another doctor for me.

Dr. Lee impressed me with my first visit. He has excellent people skills and goes out of his way to explain things so that you are able to understand the condition . I would recommend him to anyone needing the services he provides.
