Been coming here for awhile and the doctor is just not good. Clinic wait is very long and not worth it. Not a thorough exam as other places I’ve gone to.

Not worth the wait. The waiting rooms are cold and you’re not seen at the time you’re scheduled. Even during this time the office is packed with people waiting just like you are. Not sure if it’s the doctor that is overbooking or if it’s staff but it obviously needs to be fixed. Could have gone to a better doctor and not have to wait for this long.

Extremely rude and unwilling to work with my insurance. The wait to see this doctor is long which makes you questions why he chooses to overbook patients. Even with an appointment you end up waiting more than an hour.Once you're in you only see the optometrist for a measly 5 minutes. What can honestly be explained or learned in that amount of time? Everything feels rushed except for the long waits in the waiting room. Not worth it.

Office is clean but staff is rude. Even during this time the wait is long. When you finally see the optometrist it's not even for long. He doesn't take the time to thoroughly go over things and he acts as if he'd rather not be there. Overall, You spend more time waiting then getting the care you need. This optometrist is not worth the wait.

Wait time was longer than said by the front desk. Dr. Duong was late and was not apologetic about it. He as short since there were people waiting. Very unprofessional.
