Dr.kao , is genuine, in that he clearly cares for the patients needs. He is very thorough in his explanation of what may be causing your problem and very detailed on what should be done to treat your problem. He is very courteous and friendly. I would recommend him highly.

Dr Kao figured out what was wrong with me. Not a usual diagnosis. With the proper meds, I was healed and am off the meds now. He was/is a blessing. Very smart.

Let me start by saying the office, staff and everyone else here is amazing. I just couldn't stand this doctor. He didn't listen to me, talked over me and didn't give me a chance to explain my symptoms at all. I transferred my care to a different doctor in this same office and it was a completely different experience. I feel like this doctor just doesn't care about his patients or tried to rush through it so he can get as many patients in as possible. Still love the facility and everyone else there has been amazing. Avoid this particular Dr.

I'm not a patient yet, but needed help navigating through the complex health insurance system during open enrollment. I want to ensure that I can see their doctors for 2020. Lori Sandona the practice administrator was very responsive in helping me navigate the insurance system. Despite i'm only a potential patient, she took the time to email me back/forth many times to help answer my questions.I have met very very few offices willing to work help me so much. Ms. Sandona truly is an asset to the office. thank you so much monty

Dr. Kao did my colonoscopy. I didn't interact with him much, but he introduced himself beforehand, and then came by afterward to tell me that everything looked okay, but that he'd get back to me to confirm. He was very personable, more so than the last guy, and the procedure as a whole was super easy, about as easy as any medical/dental procedure can be.

Dr. Kao listened to me and came up with a plan to deal with my situation. The office is efficient and well organized.

He is my best digestive health care provider who uses his high medical technology equipments and skills to find the causes and cure my chronic constipation. I would recommended him to all my family members and friends to visit his office to have treat digestive problems .
