I've been waiting for a long time for this appointment so I decided to call this morning to let them know that I am unable to fill out my packet they want it before my appointment the lady keeps calling me ma'am ma'am ma'am I keep telling her my name to call me by my name and then she calls me a different name and has no respect this place is absolutely not for me it's unprofessional and ruined my appointment by telling me I have to be there 30 minutes before my appointment yet she should've told me this before very very unprofessional.

This place has no idea what they are doing they put me on hold for 3 hours bouncing around service desk with 20 min wait times each time.

I saw Dr. Alice Shen. She is one of the best doctors I have been to. She is very caring and takes her time to give you a thorough check up. I got my blood test in the next building and results literally came out in a few hours. And the staff are all very organized and professional unlike Huntington Health Physicians in San Marino. Avoid Huntington Health Physicians in San Marino like the plague.

I recommend making an appointment to see Carolyn Lee, PA. To start off, making a same day appointment was very easy. Staff was very nice and friendly. Provider was a great listener and she answered all my questions. She also ordered blood test and I was able to have it done same day at thier facility, ( wait time for lab draw was less tahn 5mins)
