Just making an appointment was difficult. First off a long automated intro with too many options. Then you get a live person. Where has customer service gone? Not even a hello, very very cold phone skills. Checked yelp after the call and saw others had similar experience with the staff. I completely agree with the one and two star reviews out there. Unfortunately. Called back to cancel the appointment and not even an 'I'm so sorry felt that way'. It's almost as if they expect it. Going to call GP to recommend a different Neurologist. Note to management, front desk is so important, they are the first face/taste of an establishment. No matter how well the doctor is if the front desk repels you, you're going to you loose patients.

Not a Dr. I would recommend. 38 min late for appt. stayed with us 5 min. Did not tell us next appt date (if any). left the room while wife was still asking questions. Not a Dr. that I would choose

I went into see Dr. Wogensen after having an unsatisfactory experience with another Neurologist. I was pleasantly surprised by his open nature and easy mannerisms. I came away with peace of mind that I am on the right track in regards to my health and well being
