Very easy appointment and Dr Lily was very knowledgable and personable, her bedside manner was excellent and she took the time to explain what was wrong and how to improve and fit it. i highly recommend her office to anyone looking for a A+ podiatrist.

She is the best Dr of any kind I have ever been to. She always made time in her schedule to see me within a week. She worked on my foot problem using multiple procedures and now - PROBLEM SOLVED !She really knows what she is doing. THANKS LILY !

OMG! Dr. Liu is amazing!I'm all about "experience". So let me share with you my visit to Dr. Liu's office. I'm a new patient and this was the first time I visited Dr. Liu's medical facility. Before I can enter the building, there was a lady who greeted me and asked Covid questions. Then gave me a disposal mask that she asked me to wear solo or with the mask I already had on. Then I went to Dr. Liu's office. Not quite busy but greeted cordially by the front office ladies. They game forms to complete because I'm a new patient. Not even 5 minutes later, they called me in to see the doctor. Wow ! No wait time. I didn't even get to complete the forms and I'm a fast writer. Anyways, I say Dr. Liu pretty quick and I just loved her positive energy and smiles behind that mask! She did a physical assessment of my right foot, asked me questions on when, how and what. Then she gave me a clear explanation of why I was having the pain. She educated or laid out three options of treatment and allowed me to make the decision. I ended with cortisone shots. She explained side effects and what I can expect. She still encouraged me to consider the two options to help with the pain and healing. She's super amazing!!!!! If you are having or have foot problems, see Dr. Liu. Other than my husband who is a doctor and surgeon, Dr. Liu ranks next to my husband. Dr. Liu is very knowledgeable, genuinely cares, and will provide you quality care with a kind heart Thank you Dr. Liu and staff!

Dr Liu was great. She made me feel comfortable and I was able to communicate with her. She gave me an alternative to avoid surgery on my bunion and hammer toe. I'm very glad to have a choice and not to have surgery especially right now.

She is very Professional and Funny. I would recommend her to Everyone. She clipped my toenails, I was very pleased, considering the Nail shops are shutdown. I didn't even have to ask. She knew I needed a trimming.I received my Shot in the Foot for Heel Spurs with ease.

Best decision I have ever made was going to see her. Was sent to a different doctor who was horrible and examined me from across the room! I made the change immediately and she has been amazing, she listened to all my issues and addressed each one right on the spot. I continue to see her for ongoing issues which have been improving with her care, unlike the other clown who did nothing to help.I just can not say enough good things about her and so happy I am getting the treatment I needed for so long.

I've seen Dr Liu twice now and I'm a fan! She gives the least painful cortisone shots in the foot that you can imagine. A shot in the foot is going to hurt but she numbs it with a cooling spray and it's not nearly as bad as other doctors. I know this because I had 3 friends tell me how excruciatingly painful these shots are! Dr LIu is knowledgeable, articulate and professional. And I like that she suggests practical solutions. I have a raging case of plantar fasciaitis and had been unable to walk more that half a block without excruciating pain. I had tried stretching, exercises, compression socks, ice packs and staying off of it. But it persisted for over 9 months. I was pretty confident that I'd need a cortisone shot in my foot so I was a little scared when I went in the first time. The first shot (in my inner heel) in February worked like a champ! But I had pain all the way around my heel. So I went in for the second shot this past week. Same thing....nasty shot, minimal pain. And now I'm walking with no pain!!!

I have been looking for a new podiatrist since my doctor Leonard Asin retired. I have been to a few podiatrist and have had some bad experiences such as Skin getting ground off the toes I saw the reviews on Doctor Liu and I decided I was going to try her and what a find. Not only does she know what she's doing but has a wonderful personality. I recommend her highly!

Dr. Liu is helpful, kind, communicative, skilled and patient. I have met with 4 different podiatrists over the last 5 years for an ongoing problem and Dr. Liu has definitely been the most helpful podiatrist I have seen. She didn't rush me or dismiss me and was so very helpful and gentle during all my procedures. I would highly recommend her to anyone that I know.
