Lori Moore does not deserve the title MD. She performed lasik surgery on my eyes about ten years ago. Seven yrs later I started noticing changes in my vision that seemed abnormal and accelerated. Six months passed and I went to see her to try and figure out what the problem was. After seeing and charging me she refused to tell me what the problem was and when I asked her if I was going blind she replied "define going blind" and that I got seven yrs without glasses!! Wanted to smack her there and then but I controlled myself. A week later I saw another doctor (a real one) who diagnosed me with keratoconus which is a degenerative eye condition in this case caused by a lasik surgery that should have never been performed. At this point I'm legally BLIND in one eye and wear glasses. Luckily my left eye did not progress beyond a certain point and I can see with glasses where my right eye cannot be corrected. So to make a long story short stay away from this woman!! I rated her a one star because I couldn't post without a selection. She's is a negative 5

I went to see Dr Moore Tuesday of this week. I have been Dr Moore's patient for over 10 years. She is very professional and understanding of ones needs. Her office is very clean and comfortable. I like her, she's very nice. Thank you Dr 9/23/19 I went to see Dr Moore for my month check up. I was having concerns about my eyes but thank goodness my eye exam results were positive. I talked with, and discussed my concerns with Dr Moore. Dr M is a good listener and she eased my mind. This is my experience with her.

The wait is horrible at this place. I've been scheduled for several appointments in the morning and I've had to wait an hour just to get into a room. Once in the room I usually waited an additional 20-25 minutes. The receptionist is great and very helpful, but the wait times to see Dr. Moore are ridiculous. Also, the other doctors staff is quite loud and you can hear all of their personal conversations that no one should have to hear. I keep thinking things will improve since I've been a repeat patient for 2 years, but no luck. Sadly, I will not be returning.

I like her, she's very nice. Thank you Dr Moore. My visit was for dry eyes due to allergies. However a thorough exam of my eyes was done which was greatly needed, it relieved my mind.

My wife and I have visited Dr. Moore for several years; however, I did break off after being advised that she no longer performed eyeglass exams. I just went back. Her office has changed to a new location, a significant lesser office; however, no bigee. I have no problem with Dr. Moore's professional qualifications/performance. She does, however need to improve her interaction with patients (bedside manner). She comes across as bland, never smiles, is not polite, does not engage in "how are you?' "When was the last time I saw you?" "Have there been any changes in your eyesight?", etc. There is none of this with Dr. Moore. She does not appear to care about her patients, does not provide feedback on her exam results. She appears to be downright bored by the whole process. Maybe she needs to change professions!

The staff is just worthless. Worse, they just don't care. I had a full eye exam in Oct. 2013. In July of 2014, I need Dr. Moore to sign a release for my surgeon, so I could have surgery on one of my eye lids. I call the office and faxed the release form to them. Two days later, I get a call saying that Dr. Moore didn't do a full exam and that I should call the surgeon's office. (For what? They didn't even offer to schedule a new appointment to see Dr. Moore!) Instead, I went to Costco, waited to see the Doctor, had the eye exam and got the release signed. All for just $49. Half of what I was charged by Dr. Moore for an incomplete exam. My advice, go somewhere else.

Amazing! I come from a family of Doctors and competency is a must. Dr. Lori Moore was great! My vision is now 20/20 and the LASIK procedure was so much easier than I anticipated. I highly recommend Dr. Moore!

Try to know more information about Dr Moore before make the appt, the lady named Diane tell me the Dr is around 50 years old and may be this is not the right office for me to come, what kind of office is this????????Are they trying to close down???????Not accept new patient??????

I've been coming here for years. Recently (within the last couple months) I came back after a few years. Things were not clear when I came in. I ended up with a $200 bill after I left. Now fast forward to about 2 months later, the new frames I bought broke! I was cleaning my new glasses and the frames just came apart! What kind of BS is this!?! I plan to go in and exchange them. They should be under warranty. And for all this money I spent and am still paying off I don't understand why they wouldn't be covered. Before the new management came in, everything was so much better.

My husband has been coming here for a while.I have been to Dr Lori Moore on two occasions within the past couple of years, and both were great visits. My eyesight is good, so I do not know about surgery. Diane was especially helpful with trying on different glasses to get a "feel" for the correct fit for my glasses, as that is precisely the most important aspect. COMFORT. I cannot say enough about how helpful she is! :)The front desk made you feel comfortable with their smiling faces and great attitude. I would highly recommend
