No! That's what I'd say to people who I care about, if they ask me if they could trust this so-called Neurology Center. It's run by a bunch of doctors whose whole objective is not your health, but only to use you to get rich. They would drag on treatments that bring them more money and bring you more pain.

Avoid this neurologist at all cost. Dr. Vincent Fortanasce is a joke. He seems to be more interested in showing off his association with the celebrities in sport and Hollywood than in medicine. His office is all about money, not about health - your health. Dr. Fortanasce would make diagnosis and referrals to his buddies in the business, only to make you poorer and more sick. In short, it would be a waste of time and money to go here, not mentioning putting yourself at risks for having wrong diagnosis and treatments.

She is intelligent, well infored and compassionate. Her front office is knowledgable and ready to be of assisance. I highly recommend her to those who need nerve system diagnosis and treatment. R.A.

Really happy with Adam Kapitz, PA. He is really thorough in his assessments and very kind. He spells out all of your options, and doesn't make you feel rushed during appointments. The staff is really great. Referrals and prescriptions are submitted very quickly, and they return calls and emails really fast as well. I know I am in good hands with this office and I would trust them to take care of my family and friends if needed.

I like Dr. Purino, but the incompetence of their billing department isn't worth the trouble of seeing her. I never got one bill and months later I hear from a collection company. I cannot recommend her services since they fail to contact me. I have always paid my bills and never had a problem to get their statement. I had other medical bills from other doctors service and all were paid on time with no issues.

Adam Kapitz is a PA and he does an amazing job listening to and helping patients feel comfortable and understanding their diagnosis. Takes the time to make time for patients questions and provides instant feedback. Highly recommend him, better than my pcp

I like Dr. Purino, but the incompetence of their billing department isn't worth the trouble of seeing her. I've been going to Dr. Purino for a couple of years now for migraines and have been more or less pleased with the treatment so far. Dr. Purino is very patient and understanding and truly works to improve things. However, I've had multiple incorrect bills from their billing department that have been the source of multiple headaches. From them billing the incorrect insurance company (after providing updates), to them sending something to a collections agency when I never received any bills to begin with, and some other things in between, it's been a nightmare. It doesn't help that it's rather difficult to actually get a hold of someone in billing to clear things up either.

I would give Dr. Purino 100 stars if I could. She was the second neurologist that I went for a serious rare condition that I had suffered for over a month. She listened to me patiently when I described all my symptoms, asked me relevant questions, gave me an exam on the spot and diagnosed me with PTS on my first visit with her. She is attentive and compassionate. I wish that my PCP had refereed me to Dr. Purino right from the beginning so that I didn't have to waste time going through useless X-rays and other tests ordered by the first neurologist. I would recommend anyone with a nerve issue to pay a visit to Dr. Purino. She will not disappoint you.
