I’ve been trying for weeks to try to get a hold of somebody to answer the phone I’ve been trying to set up an appointment nobody ever calls me back this doctor is horrible I will be making a medical complaint to the board this is ridiculous

The staff are always amazing! Dr Juarez and her PA are amazing as well!! I had female issues that they were able to help me understand and advised on how to fix.

I did not even get an opportunity to see this doctor, but it was already a red flag when they did not answer the phone. I called several times on a Wednesday and no answer. Someone online said that she was closed on Wednesdays, but photos of office hours say otherwise. I attempted to call back on Thursday morning and it just rang. I called at 8am and 9:30am but nothing. My husband even called for me and nothing. We both felt uncomfortable to move forward with her so I called my PCP and had them give me a new referral. Please don't waste your time with this doctor.

First time here. I must say that once inside the office area. It was nice, clean, and pleasant, following all Covid protocols, etc. My waiting time was reasonable. The first time I completed my application was through an iPad. I still needed to handwrite my signature on another paper, though. The staff was overall friendly and professional. Once I met the doctor. And this is most likely all me. I have a severe case of fibroids currently today. It does not have to do with this doctor because she just met me. I was diagnosed with my 1st fibroid at 34. I'm the result of a series of doctors, female and male. Most females say, "Hey, you need to check on this," but for some odd reasons, female ob-gyn and fertility surgeons don't seem to agree at the time. For the past years, my female doctors have been pushing for an invention and operation. However, when I met the surgeon, he decided not to go for it. I went for a second opinion to make sure, and he said the same thing then. I left it alone. But long and behold, on what my Miami gyno told me then to keep an eye on the fibroids because I'll look like I'm six months pregnant, and indeed it so. I have gained weight by just breathing. Lol As I had explained to Dr. Juárez, I've been placed on a watch and observed case. Fast forward, I have been diligent about my health. I've never been or have had any surgery in my life!! So you can understand and feel that I am not thrilled- I'm a wreck and scared. I want to think that it's crucial to do your homework with doctors' experience and knowledge and have a great vibe with them. A good match of caring and compassion ethics is vital. I understand that western medicine and the American medical association have their protocols. I honestly didn't appreciate that the doctor offered a prescription. This is finally a medical visit that was long due - because it was when in March 2020 when it all shut down when I saw Dr. Gandhi. Correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe it is also my cheap-ass California blue HMO that's trash here in the Pasadena/Arcadia area compared to when I have united healthcare or even Healthnet. That seems like a post for another day.Anyway, coming back to my first visit Dr. Margaret J was professional. She asked me some questions, what do I want? How do I currently feel? How pruning my fibroids is bothering me. I'm not in pain. Nevertheless, my left side prunes when sitting on my lower abdomen discomfort at times. What I didn't appreciate was the offering of medication as an option or alternative off the bat. And then followed the conversation by running along with some tests and lab work. I'm at a stride. Again I'll be seeking a second and third opinion before I let anyone cut me up! Lol, I know they are minimal procedures out there as well. However, I have two large ones the size of grapefruit or small cantaloupe--fibroids with cysts. Keep you guys posted!

Please do not go here both doctors are really rude . I came here 2 years ago when covid was recently going on and they didnt check my baby for 2 months because of shut down and i ended up having my baby preterm. When i called her because of my contractions i was feeling all she would tell me was drink water! All first time moms please dont go here!! Everyone is RUDE .

Girls, she's the best ob doctor , and Cynthia the nurse practitioner are a great team including all the staff love them. You won't be disappointed, i love them ❤ my babies also. Thankyou doctor and staff!

Dr Margaret Juarez is always my Gynecologist until now, since my first born 29 years ago she is the best doctor that I ever know..

Dr. Juárez delivered my first baby. It has been 14 years since her birth and I can still remember the trauma dr Juarez caused me both emotionally as well as physical. It's unbelievable she still holds her license. I will be sure to file a complaint to the medical board. I agree with so many of the reviews. My mother was there when I gave birth and she said she was in shock the way the doctor handled me. She was very aggressive and caused severe pain and trauma. Nothing like my second baby who I went with another doctor. I wanted to do my due diligence and warn others, please do not go to this doctor. It was very scary and traumatizing .

Terrible terrible terrible. The negativity and lack of compassion paired with the fact that half the time what they are saying goes against what a traditional doctor would say, makes this place seem like they based their operations out of a car garage. They wanted to put my wife on blood thinners at week 5!?!? Her blood levels are fine btw. They basically scared her half the time. This is supposed be a fun process. Stay away and take your business to more level headed compassionate doctors. I would give a negative star review if I could. I truly believe these woman at this establishment hate what they do, and it seeps into the atmosphere the moment you walk in. Bad vibes everywhere. Ladies, save yourself the heartache and go some where where they are going to make you feel blessed and happy that you are having a baby! Because it is a beautiful thing.
