Very nice and friendly Doctor, serving time can be long than other Doctors. Assistants are young and higher educated. Office are very clean and electronic. After every test will call you back.

I have had him as my doctor for over 5 years. He has always been professional and kind. There is some communication challenges with his staff, but if you have patience there's no problem.

Never respond. Every time I try to see a doctor, they said the doctor is not available. Even at 11am Tuesday, I call in and still cannot see the doctor. And then they send me to the urgent care which is so bad and doesn't care about you at all. Worst doctor ever! Stay away from it.

Terrible service - does not explain much and you get the feeling like he does not want to give you service. Office staff are terribly incompetent. I was recommended a follow-up exam 3 months after my first blood test. I've been seeing Dr. Chen for a number of years, maybe a decade already. This is the first time I have encountered a medical receptionist in his office that was so rude and unempathetic. I only called to request for a mammogram prescription to be faxed to a radiology group. Then she said due to COVID they close at 1pm. She will take my message. I asked her what she meant and she started yelling at me. I asked her why she was yelling and she just hung up on me.I understand I called around 2:30pm but it's no reason to yell and hang up on a patient - most especially during this stressful health crisis.
