I have hemorrhoids and have a hemorrhoidectomy surgery after 7 weeks of recovery still have a pain a prolapsed after bowel really swell and painful I do bowel movement by laxative so this is what comes out after still have a pain.

I wanted to add that I just had our first physical with Dr. Lee ! Dr. Lee took her time and answered all questions and concerns. She always talks directly to my child and listens AND responds to everything that is said to her. She is sincere and patient. She completed a thorough exam and did not rush through. She did a head to toe check up including a healthy eating check list to make sure my child knows the correct portions and types of food that is best. Her nurse Philly was kind , gentile and patient. My child received the TDAP vaccine and before my child could turn away the vaccine was given and the band aid was applied. Absolutely amazing and fantastic! We left smiling and cheering ! Thank you to an amazing Doctor and compassionate nurse! We appreciate u both!There was also NO wait and we were seen on time. The office had ventilation with doors open and only well children were there during this time! I appreciate this aspect of the appointment. Thank you

Dr. Lee is professional, honest, attentive, wise, dedicated, patient, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Listens to all of your concerns, and then asks your child what their concerns are as she takes notes of everything, and then asks you if you have any questions or the need of any explanations before making her diagnosis. She Never says "VIRUS"...... and sends you on your way without valid reason to call it a virus. The truth is a mother knows her child and their presentation and when they have turned bacterial, Dr. Lee listens to facts , backs it up with her clinical assessment and then gives you the proper very specific antibiotic that targets the right body part... example a sinus infection will receive the proper Antibiotic. We have been seeing this group for many years and prior to covid On 2 occasions my child was sent home by another Dr. and we ended up back in the office is less than 12 hours with high fevers... Dr. Lee properly diagnosed and gave the correct medication both times. She also was 100% correct diagnosing a sport induced sprain, 100% correct to a bad reaction to an allergy medication and acknowledged my child's symptoms and acknowledged my children's concerns. She calls you back the same day snd always checks up on you following your visit especially if you have called her to give her an update. During covid she has given us 2 FaceTime calls and was attentive, thorough, and caring. She diagnosed a fracture and was 100% correct with my child's need for a cast and expedited my referral to children's orthopedic surgeon within 15 min. My child says she is the best doctor that he has ever had because she listens and that she really cares about the health of her patients. Dr. Lee is a fantastic doctor. Her bedside manner is kind but very intense because she is actually listening and putting together her best diagnosis , do not believe anything different! She is empathic and genuine. Dr. Lee is a blessing to our family!

Dr Lee is amazing! She had been my family’s Pediatrcian for many years. She is compassionate, loving, and the consummate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable of the resources available for special needs kids. She also has a great grasp of several local school districts. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude and extend my thanks to her! I highly recommend Dr Pamela Lee. Also, her staff is outstanding. They are affable and helpful. I’ve come to them with some pretty significant insurance issues and they’ve been able to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Their patient care is absolutely amazing. They’re great with all the kids. I have complete trust and confidence in the entire office staff.

Pamela at UCLA Health is the best dietician around and will help you clean up your habits. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I love Pam and the whole staff here ,they truly care about their patient ,they go out of their way so you can be seen in case of a pressing issue. They are always in good moods and will make you smile

Dr Lee is wonderful. She’s cared for my children for 13 years. She takes the time to get to know her patients.

O star if there was an option. Poor, very bad demeanor. She held my child's head down with strong force to look inside her throat. Traumatized the child to the point she screamed, yelled and cried. Would never come back to this doctor again. Parents do yourself a favor and passed this review on. Knowledge is power. Please don't come support this medical foundation that hires this type of physician. She Lacks compassion working with children.

Dr. Lee's office just cancelled my appointment for the second time in a few days. Last time, they gave a couple of days notice. This time, they only gave 3 hours. Doctors insist on 24 hour notice when a patient needs to cancel or charge a cancellation fee. Why can't patients do the same?

This is the most horrible doctor you can ever have. The first time we went to see her, she let us wait for more than 1 hour and the reason was she was chatting on the phone. The second time she was completely late for more than an hour again, not even in the office.We walked in with a sick baby and we were the first patient of the day. The office assigned us to her because our doctor was out. We ended up being the lastest to be seen because she was late. We complained to the office and said we want to be seen by another doctor, the office said no. We said this is unfair, the office said we did assign you the first but we wouldn't know the doctor would be late. We ended up being seen by another doctor because she never even showed up that day.If you think this is just one incidence, it is not. Every time when we were assigned to this doctor, the wait is at least 1 hour or more (I can say at least 3 times in a year)Be very careful if you want to choose this doctor as your primary doctor.
