Philip Pearson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Pearson was my urologist after my Ciber knife treatment. I met with him a few times. As it is a hour drive for me each way I attempted to locate a urologist closer to my home. I was not happy with the new doctor and have decided to go back to Dr. Pearson even though it requires me to drive in heavy traffic.

My son had a surgery from him which was not successful and left scar tissue not only that he did not follow up so for nearly a year he still had the condition before we found out it was never cured at all. He then needed to get a second type of surgery by a different doctor.

My appointment was HORRIBLE! I am fighting Parkinson's and explained several times that it's very difficult for me to write, thus I requested that all forms needing filled-out be sent to me prior to my appointment so I could fill them out at home un-rushed and un-distracted. I emphatically explained this several times to the person booking my appointment, whom I believe even put another person on the phone to whom I also explained and stressed the importance. They sent me 6 pages of documents which I filled-out as planned. I thought I was fully prepared. When I got there for the scheduled appointment, I handed the receptionist those 6 pages of completed documents, and she said there are more. SHE THEN HANDED ME 16 MORE PAGES OF DOCUMENTS TO FILL-OUT! I explained my difficulty, threw these 16 pages of additional documents in my file and left. If people refuse to listen to the concerns of their clients, patients or customers, this shows utter disregard for those they claim they intend to help. It's all I can manage to show up for medical appointments and persevere through the stress of the entire process, especially filling out piles of forms that I could have had prepared beforehand.

Great doctor has a great personality and concern for his patients.

The people are very nice and helpful. I enjoyed going to the facility to do my physical therapy.

Dr. Pearson has performed two different kidney stone removals on me. Each time he discussed my problem with me and showed me test results. He was thorough in answering my questions, including worst-case scenarios. When there was any doubt (as there was in one case) he errs on the side of caution, which I appreciate in a physician. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pearson to others.
