Dr. Sandy Zhang-Nunes of USC Roski Eye Institute is by far an exceptional very caring eye care provider that I have ever had the honor and privilege of meeting and being treated by for the past 2 years. I continue to be a patient of Dr. Zhang-Nunes and I wouldn't have it any other way! It's helpful to have a provider like Dr. Zhang-Nunes who is thorough both in the office visit and the follow up contact. Though I've moved a distance from her Arcadia office, now residing in Bakersfield, my trust in the care I receive has me driving from Bakersfield to Arcadia for my eye exam and follow ups. Everyone on Dr. Zhang-Nunes staff has been great too. They always take great care in making sure that all of my questions are answered and that things go smoothly. I always have a positive experience visiting their office,' and I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Zhang-Nunes and the staff of USC Roski Eye Institute!

Dr. Sandy Zhang-nunes, MD is the best doctor you will ever have. She certainly is mine. Let me tell you why. I suffer from blepharitis, rosacea, and dry eye. Dr. Sandy Zhang is amazing. After years of consults which left me little confidence my lagophthalmos (complication from a past surgery) could safely be addressed, I found Dr. Zhang. She immediately understood my problem and concerns. She kindly explained everything (no runarounds or “sells”, just facts). She's highly skilled. Surgical staff was kind and procedure went well. I'd trust her with a family member.

Keck Eye Institute is the best thing that has happened to me. From the receptionist to the doctors, everyone is top quality and strives to better their patients’ health. Dr. Zhang is my personal doctor and she has walked side by side with me through my journey of recovery. Not only did she reassure and build trust with me but my entire family. Dr Zhang is an awesome surgeon and physician in general. She did a fantastic job on removing my eyelid cancer and reconstruction surgery. I was so afraid, but she, assistant surgeon Dr. Hamill, And all of Dr Zhang's wonderful staff alleviated my fears. Dr. Zhang was determined to get all of the cancer and was able to keep me from having to have radiation. The pandemic forced us to wait 2 months for the surgery, but just as soon as urgent surgeries opened up, Dr Zhang and her staff got me scheduled and ordered everything necessary as well as stat authorization from my insurance so the cancer couldn't spread any further. Dr.Zhang is very pleasant and being awake for the 4 hour surgery was a breeze because of the great bedside manner of this very sweet surgeon! From my history, surgeons are arrogant, but Dr Zhang is very down to earth. Thank you for giving me my eye and my.life back Dr. Zhang! I cant wait to see how the healed eye will look. So far it looks great and is healing well.

Visited Roski for an urgent issue due to eye infection. Received exceptional treatment from Dr. Zhang-Nunes and her team. Completely professional staff/facility from check-in through follow-up. Efficient use of time as the team obviously new their respective roles well and moved expertly through all aspects of diagnosing my condition and issuing treatment. I will certainly return if I have any further issues.
