I am not sure if Dr. Reed is still at this location (no longer listed on the website), but he provided the absolute best care I have ever received. He made me feel comfortable and safe. Every time he examined me he asked for consent. He listened to my concerned and diagnosed me with ease. It is unfortunate that I had never been treated this way, but it absolutely should be the norm. This rating is for his care alone.

My husband had not seen a dr in 5 years, for 1 reason, he’s a veteran. He has never been happy with their professionalism or do they offer any quality care or concerns at the VA clinic.They offered no time spent or question concerning any health issues, and not to mention the dr never looked him over or gotten close as though my husband had the plague. Our experience at the VA clinic has been an awful place to go and and the staff have all been unprofessional.Then we went to a new doctor at North Country clinic, and my husband was astounded as to her pleasant and professional attitude, not to mention she had a sense of humor. The visit was all that we could have never imagined and she made very comfortable for my husband. She asked questions, checked him over thoroughly and offered direct care and compassion, she was amazing and most of my husband finally seen a doctor. I would recommend her and will continue to go back. Thank God for her .😍👋👍🙏

Got my Pfizer shot COVID-19 on Tuesday

My daughter just has an appointment with Dr. Young Trip. She was amazing at explaining all the important details for my preteen. She was very sweet and knowledgeable.

Dr. Reed and Dr. Judy Burns are great doctors. I’ve seen many different doctors in my years coming to North Country clinic but these two make me feel heard/listened to and really try to get to the bottom of what could be causing symptoms rather than prescribe something that will just temporarily alleviate symptoms. I recently saw Dr. Reed and felt he was very thorough during our appointment and spent the time to explain answers to all my questions. I definitely will always be recommending these two doctors to anyone who is going to North Country. I can’t express how much these two are gems within the healthcare industry, very knowledgeable and thorough at their jobs.

I've been going to this clinic for decades, the quality of care care has dropped dramatically. Incompetent and rude staff and providers is now the norm. Just sad how the poor training and education has created a toxic environment for poor care giving. Irresponsible ignorance is not good healthcare!

I am no longer coming to this place. Every time I come here they make me feel like my health doesn't matter and they failed to diagnose a serious health condition from 4 years ago. I wouldn't trust these people with your health.

Great, organised front desk staff, informed compassionate medical staff, very grateful to be able to seek medical attention here.

4 members of my family are seen at this particular clinic by 2 different providers. We have a rare genetic disease that severely affects the functionality of our bodies. The staff is amazing, the front desk always kind and respectful, the lab staff are just so kind and knowledgeable and able to get blood out of uncooperative veins. The nurses always treat us very well when checking in and the 2 doctors that we see are amazing. I'm very grateful for this clinic. We should probably be closer to Stanford with the seriousness of our issues, but frankly, with this clinic on our side, I don't want to leave them. They are a rare gem. I've yet to meet a rude, disrespectful, or unkind person there yet.
