Every one on his team from front office to the back office and the surgery team are by far the best care I have ever experienced I definitely made the right decision and would strongly recommend Dr Ferro for anyone that needs a knee replacement I will be back next year to have my other Knee replacement by Dr Ferro thank you for everything you did for me

I had 2 knee surgeries at nano Arroyo grande. Initial knee replacement in Dec 2021 and a cleanup surgery in July 2022. My knee is now worse than it was before the replacement in 2021. I am in constant pain on a daily basis. I would not recommend this facility for any knee issues. I don't like posting this however I want to be brutally honest about my experience.

I had nano Hip Surgery one month ago and the day of surgery from that day on. I had no more pain. I had been in pain for like four years every day all day because my hip was wore out now that I have the new hip pain is gone and I feel 1000 times better with the new nano hip. Thank you so much nano clinic I would recommend you to anybody that needs a new hip

I must say I am only on day five and the pain that I have been feeling for the last few years is completely GONE. Instead of a long road to recovery I feel like I have just the right path.

Nanoknee gave me my life back! Before my surgery, my knee would swell up like a cantaloupe from just a 1/2 mile walk. It got to the point I could not walk my dog anymore. After surgery, I am now able to walk many miles, surf, and even run a few days a week. All with no pain. I am grateful to Dr. Ferro and his staff for helping me get me back in shape. If you are in need of replacement knee surgery, I recommend going with NanoKnee.

When i first heard of Nano Knee I had had severe knee pain for years. Bone on bone, and I needed a total knee replacement at 48 years old. I had been seeing a orthopedic Dr. for a few years prior and we were all in agreement that surgery needed to happen. However, the Dr. wanted me to loose 50lbs prior to surgery. I felt like my knee pain was just going to be something I had to live with. Nano Knee has changed my life. From day one, a plan was in place for surgery. They were kind, so helpful and walked me through every process. I can work now, pain free! I can do activities again with my family. I can do anything again. I will never be able to thank all the doctors and staff enough for changing my life.

Everything was superb. The Doctors, the staff, friendliness. It really was a pleasant experience. And I really went home 2 hours after surgery. Minimum pain the first day. After that, I was out Shopping and living my life. No walker, no Cain. I would highly recommend the Nano knee.👍👍
