I used to go there all the time, but seeing the pictures now that place has really changed on the inside. But I wonder does dentist Brown still work there he used to be my dentist growing up

I had a scheduled appointment and still ended up waiting for over 1.5 hours without being seen. What’s the point of booking a time if patients are left sitting with no updates or communication? I’ve now been waiting more than an hour past my appointment with no call, no explanation, and no respect for my time. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If you value your time at all, I would not recommend this place.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS IT WOULD BE JUST THAT!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL BILL YOUR INSURANCE WITHOUT YOU RECEIVING TREATMENT !! THE HEAD PERSON OVER PAYMENTS SCREAMS AT YOU ON THE PHONE ABOUT PAYMENTS ! THEY TOOK ALL MY BABIES COVERED BENEFITS FROM MY INSURANCE! &&’ WAS ONLY SEEN 2 TIMES FOR ORTHO TREATMENT!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE ! ALL THEY DO IS PLAY PEOPLE OUT THEIR MONEY!

It's my first time here. I'm only giving one star for the nice lady at the front. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. My appointment was at 9am. It's now 10:06am and my kids have not been called to be seen yet. So yes, the wait is too long. I came in the same time as all the patients who are done and left. Waste of time. Should've trusted the reviews when a place only had two stars.

Dr. Mina and Eric did my teeth fillings and they were amazing through it all. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and were really quick and gentle.

I would like to thank the team starting with Vicky the receptionist and her Manager, also JoJo Xtray tec. Who made the exception on allowing my sisternlaw to be seen today as she had access pick her up and bring her to the office on borrowed time. The team was so helpful and pleasant to be around. My experience here was great! The front dest is really polite and cheerful. They were ready to answer questions without hesitation. Both in English and Spanish. The management was very knowledgeable and understanding for patients concerns due to longer wait times. I took my son in for a procedure on a Monday morning and the office was pretty busy, I counted at least 20 patients in the waiting room. Understandably so because it was a holiday and this was one of the only locations open for dental care. I want to give a special thanks to Julie she took great care of my son and made him feel welcomed. She is truly a sweetheart! I look forward to bringing my children here for dental care in the future. Keep up the good work girls! Overall, my experience was great and will be coming back. The office was kept clean and tidy, I especially love that is very kid friendly. Thank you all

Honestly, Dr Park is really kind but I had an okay experience the first time with my cleaning. This time with an appointment for my ex rays, the assistants were super nice but one of doctors in black scrubs said I’ll be right back And DID NOT come back for MORE than 15 minutes. He did put back the chair or bring it down and had me just laying their flat. I had to get off and ask one of the people walking by. All of the assistants were thrown off too because it is UNACCEPTABLE. If a doctor can leave me there for 15 minutes and NOT come back, I cannot trust them with a bigger procedure. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Thank you to Dr park for being professional and kind but the other doctor ruined the experience. Changing my dentist first thing in the morning tomorrow.

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. Dr. Fadi and Dr. Refaat are truly exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, and they genuinely care about their patients. Every visit has been a 5-star experience. The entire staff is amazing, Sue, Stacey, Fabian, and honestly every single person there is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I’m extremely happy with my Invisalign progress and my cleanings, the quality of care has been outstanding. On top of that, their pricing was unmatched anywhere else for the level of service and attention they provide. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

One of the doctor there and I think she is in children area. She is unprofessional, rude. She hurt my child.
