Every single time we have an appointment we wait an hour more or they say it was canceled and they called us. Your patients have jobs and have to take time off of work to make appointments for in between your unemployed patients living off the government that just walk in when they want. Dr. Ballard seems to overbook or cancel often because we have seen him ONCE in the 5 times we've been there. Not only did the covering doctor give my child vaccinations that I asked to be avoided at this time, another time he kept calling my daughter "Comrade" even after confirming her gender with his own eyes. He then seemed offended that I didn't speak enough Spanish to know to correct him-the irony. After today, yet another appointment cancelled, this time without my knowledge and a receptionist lying and saying they called me, I am done! Go elsewhere this place is ran like a free clinic in Los Angeles.

Service is really bad and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous.

This place has horrible costumer service. The receptionists are rude and the wait times are ridiculous

There so slow I go for blood work it took them 1 hour to tell me there internet was down and all the staff was no help and rood I can't wait for the new clinic

I have just started going to this clinic. I have been there twice. The front staff has been very unwelcoming to me. The first time to my disbelieve she insisted I did not have an appointment that day until I came to myself and showed her the voicemail I received confirming that. The second time, I arrived 10 minutes late, she checked me in but came back 10 minutes later to tell me that since I was late for 20 minutes they couldn't see me that day. Regardless of the fact that I drive an hour to reach that clinic she rescheduled me another 30 days later.

They lie and say they call you it don’t matter if you’re the first person there you will wait 3 plus hours to be seen

Don't come here if you're seeking help getting high blood pressure under control. Mine was 160/100, for the 7th time they refused to see me saying "you need to go the ER." The ER said I need to go to my regular doctor. How can I get a regular doctor if no doctor will see me because I have high BP? "Come back when your BP is normal ". Mercy Hospital finally gave me medicine to lower my BP & set me up with another place in Arvin. This is a dangerous game of "passing the buck". THEY WILL NOT TREAT HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. NO STARS FROM ME.

Normally low wait time. Staff is friendly. I drive out of my area to go there. They’re open on weekends, which is a plus.
