Ian Murton's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Murton's office is phenomenal. I recently had the unfortunate experience of bouncing around a number of ENT and audiologist offices. And I can endorse Dr. Murton's office as the best I have experienced. You can tell when a doctor and audiologist and staff genuinely care about their patient outcomes. They do the work and follow up on the details. The depth of knowledge and expertise on display was substantial both from the doctor and audiologist. It was tough to get an appointment but it was worth the effort. I hope this review helps you on a path to better health. My thanks to the whole office.

Everybody in this office is rude. Always have been.

If you are dealing with anything serious, find someone else. Christina in this office is rude & doesn't have the kindness as a Doctors office manager or nurse should have. She should not be in a position working with patients. The office personnel is not happy & you are made to feel like you are just another patient or bothering them when you enter the office. With everything going on with Coronavirus, I would hope employees of a Dr. Office would be a little bit understanding! I won't be back.

Twice now I tried to schedule with him as my ear and throat doctor with an issue with my throat and the earliest I he can see me is 2 months out, they wanted me to go to primary doctor first which he is the referral doctor to Dr . Burton few years back and already established with him. So I am going to have to see a different doctor that cares a bout his patients and their well being.what’s the point of having your doctor when you can’t see him when need to . I sure don’t appreciate when your staff tell me I can go to an urgent care

My husband found Dr. Murton to be so helpful. The first doctor to diagnose that he had BPPV - instead of being laid up for three days with vertigo...now he could be treated and get PT that has made a positive difference in his life. I also went to Dr. Murton, found him very warm, kind, and helpful. He knew just what I needed to correct my neck-massage-induced vertigo--I was then helped by the wonderful Toni Oliver for PT (in Templeton)--who fixed me! Very appreciative of them both. I've found that as a new patient, I had to wait a bit, but for me, the wait was worth it.

I am sorry for Nophear. Her experience is not at all like mine has been. I have had nothing but positive experiences since he became my new ENT practically when he moved here lo those many years ago. He is patient, kind, attentive and thorough. He always has the time to answer my questions and is encouraging with solutions. I give him 10 stars.

When I first called this office, they resceduled my appt 3 times until I finally uad to go somewhere else. It turns out I lived with a brain tumor for an extra 2 years - thanks to Dr. Murton's staff. They did work me in last minute while I was recovering from brain surgery when my ENT was out of town, therefore the second star, but they overcharged me for that appt and have refused three requests from the insurance company to refund the balance.

My son had tubes placed in by Dr Murton. He took the time to call me, personally, one day after surgery to see how Ody was doing. We scheduled to do a surgery to take the adenoids out. Although his tonsils are large, he said he would rather do them one at a time, for precaution. He told me that some people have died during the tonsils removal and he would rather not risk it at this time, with my son. He is a conservative doctor when it comes to when to do surgery.
