I have had excellent experience when I took my daughter here about three year ago and so I took my little one here days ago. I love the doctors here, they are as fabulous as previously. However one of the front desk (as well as when she pick up my call for scheduling an appointment ) was Terrible. Very inpatient tone of voice from the starting, do not wait you to finish your question, told me "no all full " on the day I requested, although later on it was proved that there were actually available time spot. Don't even expect any greeting words at all. It is sad to have such a front dest for such a good clinic.

I would give five stars for the doctors but the front desk and phone service is horrible unfortunately. I strongly to get in contact with doctors. Especially when I have questions.. I need answers to supporting my son etc.. The front desk should be able to direct call to the right people right away not call backs every time and answer questions and or get some to call back. So frustrating, when I can make contact with a doctor or a nurse in a timely fashion. I love the doctors they have been amazing with supporting my son and getting him what he needs

The front desk is a bit of a mess, but the doctors are great

Every time I bring my son here we always have a pleasant experience with every doctor. The front desk is kind gracious and they wait is never to long! My son is four years old and has autism and they always make sure he has everything he needs and all the services available to him.

Phone line experience is horrible. They don't want additional work and are just looking for excuses to put off work. - what kind of insurance you have? we only take x, y,z. When I told them I have x, they come up with another excuse. I asked her what her name is and she hung up.

I’ve been taking my child to this clinic for years now, and although the wait time has always been long (COVID actually helped this clinic so they aren’t over booking) in the last few months it’s been ridiculous when attempting to make an appointment. I called and was on hold for almost 3 hours after being caller 13, just so the person on the other end to hang up. As far as our experience while in office you can expect to be there anywhere between 1.5hrs-2 from start to finish since they have you waiting in the room for so long. The doctors are very nice and back staff is friendly but the back and forth between physicians is very time consuming and repetitive.

My experience was very good with Dr. Yan. It went well for us. She was very interested in my son and I liked that from her.

I can completely understand the recent bad reviews for front desk and customer service HOWEVER the doctors are so amazing and caring that it makes up for the unprofessionalism of the girls you check in with. I work in a dental office and I can't imagine coming to work dressed like I'm about to go chill with friends at a bbq . I think if they were friendly and acted in a professional manner the clothes wouldn't matter but when you put the two together it's just trashy 🤷 when I took my son to the Dr I walked to front desk and they wait for YOU to say something , it was so uncomfortable. No " your all set" or "have a nice day" . They just stare at you and wonder why you're there with your child. Get it together ladies 🤡

Ladies are lazy and always gossiping and lazy to answer the phones when I go in person I experience how they laugh and keep putting the phone on hold when they are doing nothing the lady with red orange hair always rude they need to hire professional front desk assistant and respectful she’s like a bad trainer for the other lady’s in the front desk they can end up doing the same example like her hire people who enjoys their job and that has manners! when a customer walks in the door every time I go they don’t even say (good morning how may I help you?)or (good afternoon) they look up with their spider lashes looking irritated when a person walks up to their desk well guess what that’s the job they choose their not their to look pretty and stuck up if they don’t like it leave it to the person who does like to work and knows what they’re doing PROFESSIONALLY for the patients feeling irritated by their phone and customer service 🙄
