Abundant Residential Living Services's Online Review Report Card

I have done business with Jessica the owner of Abundant Residential Living in the past. I have assisted her with referrals and move ins to her property. I was recently hired by a family to relocate their elderly loved on home after several abuse complaints. Upon my arrival, I was initially greeted by her office manager as I entered in the home with my colleague. I identify myself and expressed that I was hired by the family to relocate a client from the property. I showed the move out notice provided my the family giving me authorization. I was shown to the room and started assisting in the packing process. The office manager called the owner to inform her of my arrival. On the phone with the owner, I identified myself, identified the hospice company, I explained my position of being in the place of business. As I was walking the elderly client out of the home the owner Jessica stormed in front of us yelling and threatening for me to leave the property. I agreed I was assisting my client to the non- medical wheelchair transportation. The client could barely walk the distance. I asked where the clients wheelchair was located and was refused by the office manager usage. The Sheriff Deputy on the scene was very helpful He asked Jessica to bring out the clients wheelchair. It took them over 10 minutes to bring the client the wheelchair. It wasn’t until the deputy told Jessica if she did not produce the wheelchair, he would be entering the home to retrieve it for the client. Jessica was very unprofessional during this move out. The emotional elder abuse and demeaning altercation was witnessed by other elderly client, including the client I was relocating. The sheriff deputy of Merced County had to ask Jessica several times to be calm down and be professional around the client. I will never do business with this Assisted Living again! I hope this helps families think twice about moving a loved one to this location. This case has been reported to the state of California community care Licensing, Services and the sheriff department /Adult Protective Services Merced County.

Abundant is a beautiful Residential Living home for seniors with excellent care. Highly recommended.

Lovely, comfortable, safe, clean place. Clients are treated with respect and provided healthy surroundings.

Management is never there. Narcotics are Passed out by cnas not by those who are actually licensed to do so

Jessica always puts residents care as top priority. Abundant is a very safe, caring place for your family.

This is a compassionate very clean beautifill place. Staff so helpfull go the extra mile to make family's feel welcome. Warm treatment of the patients. Keeping the patient very well taken care of. Would recommend it thank you Jessica and staff for care of my Dad. Thank you for all your help. I would recommend it

This facility is amazingly beautiful. I have had the privilege to work with the owner/administrator and their care team and their expertise and compassion is truly a testament to the excellent care they provide for their residents. This facility is a hidden gem!!

Great place for a loved one to be at. They treat clients with respect and as if they are family. Would not be looking for any other place to have a family member taken care of. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and they care. I love everything about this home.
