Holy hell this place is a joke. Been going here for a while and the same issue every time the staff and some of the doctors do not listen to their patients at all. I get it patients are dumb and dont know shit well unless they do. I verify every time before calling like Im the dumb ass that phone visits are covered and I have to argue with the front desk every time.

Bloss center is the best. Dr. Miriam Arana god bless you over these years of being there for my wellbeing. The staff is great too

My doctor here is really good and the nurses are great. I have no complaints with my medical service.But when you call in to the nurses station for an issue or clarification you get a recording that states how many people are in line ahead of you. Last week I was caller 13. I waited on the phone for 42 minutes until I was caller 1. Then a recording came on that said the nurses were busy with other patients and to leave a message and someone would get back to me within 48 hours. Nobody ever did. Today I was caller 9 I waited 33 minutes and the same exact thing happened. Funny thing is that the billing department will answer everytime.

Wow just wow Brought my mom here the other day because an appointment with her primary wasnt available for a week she was very dizzy and having trouble breathing...I was told by the lady who stands at the back door they wouldnt see her that she needed to get in the extremely long line to be tested for covid...as my mom sat on the ground outside struggling to breathe I begged the lady to her and explained she couldnt wait she needed help to breath now To get to the point they did not see her...I took her to er they saw her gave cough medicine well my mom had a stroke later that night and is now at ICU Modesto. So thanks for nothing

IVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES IN THE SAME POSITION FOR COVID TESTING I GET TOLD ILL BE NEXT TO PARK UP AND A BROWN LEXUS IS ALLOWED TO CUT US GET THEIR SWAB AND LEAVE EVEN THO THEY SAID NO APPOINTMENTS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO JUST LET YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY INFRONT OF A LINE WHOS BEEN HERE FOR HOURS

Fix your phone service. Once I get to be caller number 1 it just sent me to voicemail and that voicemail box is full so we cant even leave a message to have someone call us back.
