negative, you wait 3 hours in the waiting room which is always packed due to them scheduling 5 patients every 15 minutes.

a perfect Doctor for me

I grew up with Joerg. He always talked about how many Porches he was going to have being a Dr. He had posters of them on his walls. If you think he's a Dr. because he cares about you...haha, no.

Dr. Jeorg Schuller does a great job and is great at his job. It his staff that makes it hard for me to continue to go there. The billing department has no clue what they are doing. They have billed my insurance for things that were not done. They have refused to give me receipts. Then when I explained to them that it is required to give me a receipt they claimed my check is it. Ive been hung up on several times by there billing department and Ive left 2 messages for the office manager to call me back, still no return call. Doctor great, Billing and some of the front house staff crap.

Doctor Schuller is our family doctor. Me, my husband, dad, grandparents, sister, daughter and even delivered my nephew! He really listens and he takes excellent care of my husband who has Lupus. We couldn't ask for better care. The appts do take a while because he is very detailed and well liked, which is why the office is always busy. As for the nasty review done by one patient......sounds a bit jealous to me! Dr. Schuller is very successful and he likes nice cars! Don't hate on him for being more successful than you! I have seen Dr. Schuller several times and the last three times I have had to wait for hours to be seen. The last appointment I had I waited 2 1/2hours and still had not been seen. I was in the exam room for 1 1/2 hours and no one came in to say anything about the doctor running behind. One appointment my wife and I waited for four hours and he did not seem to care. The service level has gone down at this clinic and none of the doctors seem to care anymore. People are treated rudely and like cattle and are just left waiting at different places around the clinic. Patient beware if you are hoping to be seen or cared about here. Verty poor experience.

This office is well equiped to get everything done right there. They have a lab and x-ray. My only complaint was the wait. It was worth it though. It seems like he takes a lot of time with each patient and I would rather have to wait for a good doctor who listens to me that a quick one that doesn't.

Dr. Schuller is helpful and knowledgeable. But the most important attribute that should be included in th above parameters would be compassion/caring. Dr. Schuller and the medical staff at Atwater Medical Group are very sensitive and compassionate. Theclinic is packed with all kinds of people, old, young, follow-up patients to relatively infirmed, all of them would attest to the compassionate and humane treatment we all get every single time. I live in Merced, CA, 15 miles away from this clinic, but I enjoy the drive knowing that there is a caring doctor who would see me. thank god for allthe dr. schullers in the world.

I have been seeing Dr. Shuller for around 13yrs. He is the best doc in the central valley. Never feel rushed, great bedside manner...
