Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital's Online Review Report Card

I recently had a procedure done at Auburn Faith Hospital and was fortunate to have a delightful nurse, Joan, take care of me. Joan is a kind compassionate person and a capable nurse. They are lucky to have her!

My mom almost died here. They coded her for 2 hours, and their dedication saved her. They were incredibly kind and caring, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were also incredibly accommodating to our giant family, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. I am so grateful that we were there, and for everything they did for all of us.

I so very happily visited the Auburn Faith Hospital after I recognized, “ this is food poisoning “- this was food poisoning! The lethargy belly aches the body aches, the vomit, the diarrhea, all unpleasant, and they put me on IV fluids and gave me some potassium, and sent me home. They took very very good care of me from the moment I got there,the nurse triage in the ER, and then in an ER room with the doctor finally. They really are top-notch there, would trust them with any physical body thing I had or mental.

Although I had amazing care on April 30 when I walked myself into the ER my symptoms were not resolved. They discharged me with a diagnosis of Anxiety. 24 hrs later my nausea and headache were worse and a friend brought me back to the ER. Upon arrival the staff were rude, unhelpful and treated me like a drug seeker. 3 days later I was looking at my Sutter account for lab results and noticed I had a diagnosis of Noro Virus and not 1 RN/MD or admin ever reached out to let me know. I received a bill for nearly $9000 after insurance coverage- which I pay $10K a year for (Anthem Blue Cross) I called both the hospital and the insurance to ask them to please re-run the bill. It was then reduced to $5500 I set up a payment plan with Sutter. I was sent to collections for a $430 bill that I did not realize was an additional bill, separate from their criminal behavior in charges from bill #1. To go into a hospital feeling the most unwell I have felt in my fifty plus years of life and to be treated so horribly and then when trying to clarify my bill with their billing department and have Johnathon and Sherone be so incredibly rude again. I promise to never stop telling the world what a horrible hospital Sutter Auburn and the Sutter organization are. I will be changing to Kaiser.

The care staff has improved 110% here from 5 years ago! I was in and out in about 2 hours even with my injuries, must be a record now time wise! Thank you especially to nurse Jacki for the positive attitude, professional courtesy and amazing bedside manner! You clearly care about being an asset to the hospital! And thank you to Scott and Amber in x-ray for the positive attention to detail while attending to the patient needs! I will be steering clear of anything tree related for awhile. Lest I become a burden again.

ER needs an emprovement on disrespecting clients withattitude. your doctors and nurses. Please improve. Please remember your medical oath. And i understand stressful that you all do in your line of work i was there and all i heard is nurses tell clients what am I supposed to do with that.The only doctor i respected was Dr. Carter who worked in the ER. Please emprove. Thank you your board members are there show them that your here to save lives god bless you. Stay strong we count on you all.i work in a place were i deal with people who have and need medical attention and they always want to go to another hospital. Because there afraid to go there. Lets make Auburn Faith Hospital strong again.thank you for your time who reads this.

I recently had to go to the ER. Everyone there was amazing. I remember most Ashley++, Daniel and Melissa were my nurse. What an outstanding crew.. saved me, cheers -English
