List of Sutter Health Foundations & Affiliated Groups's Reviews
Totally ridiculous. My wife went here as recommended by her HR department with her high deductible health insurance through work. My wife took time off work in the middle of her day to sit and wait on a doctor at this office for 20 minutes, spent about 40 minutes with the doctor, and received a $1,200 bill... Then a $400 bill for the blood draw she did... Then another $400 bill for the follow up 20 minute visit with the doctor after the blood draw...For a 22 year old healthy female who was told is "just a little too stressed", this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. I guess Sutter Medical Group thinks it can charge whatever it wants because hard working individuals and insurance companies will foot the bill. They told my wife it is too bad she has a job, is married, and has insurance because all those things work against her in settling the bill. So being a good citizen who has a job and is happily married, and carries government forced insurance works AGAINST her?!I guess I shouldn't bash too hard on Sutter, it really is healthcare as a whole that is screwed up in America... My wife vows to never go back to Sutter ever again and feels totally taken advantage of.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
