Couldn’t give me my lab results back. I was told they would call me with them after a day. 3 days later I can had to go to them to find out I had to drive to opelika if I actually wanted them. They were terrible

I arrived for a Covid test at 12:03 and did not even go to the back to get tested until 2:18.

Went in and then ended up giving me a shot(don’t know what) and when I asked what it was after giving them a few ideas as to what I thought it might be, they shot all of them down but never even gave me an idea of what they thought it was and talked about how they don’t know what to give me and that they had never seen hives so bad. EXTREMELY unprofessional to talk about it outside the patients door with 2 other doctors. After the shot they simply sent me home and said medicine was at CVS for me even though THEY DONT KNOW WHAT I HAVE. Lastly after getting to CVS there was no medicine there for me whatsoever. I will never go back and I hope after seeing this recipes you don’t waste your time either.

Went in for Rapid test and waited over an hour. Finally gave up and left. Waste of time and pack of staff. At least tell people that it will take long!

The lady’s at the front were nice but the nurse in the back he will not help you nor does he have any compassion at all. The one in Opelika should of stayed open and this location close.

Arrived 20 minutes before opening, 3rd person through the door. I have now been triaged and have waited for over two and a half hours because the Dr is “stuck in traffic.” Patients are not the priority here.

Went for a COVID test after exposure. 3 hour wait for PCR test. All patient were asked to wait inside the facility for prolonged amount of time, potentially spreading covid (most people were there for a covid test). Took over 72 hours to receive result. Front desk staff member was not wearing a mask either.
