Went to get a quick covid test. Everyone was pleasant, professional and informative. Just wish we had not had the prescription sent to CVS! No curbside service means covid + people walkning in to get prescriptions!
The doctor's and staff cares so much about their patients. The billing is efficient and on time. My family and I are always seen right away with barely any wait.
I have visited Sierra Doctors Medical Group numerous times and have been seen by dr.'s and PA's, all with excellent results. PA Michael is very helpful, knowledgeable and a great pleasant person to work with. He always answers all my questions and provides the correct diagnosis. I've never had a rude receptionist, always pleasant and accommodating. Thank you all who work there~! Retiree
I do not recommend sierra Doctors medical Group.I made an appointment for annual physical examination Doctor...came to the room and suggested to get blood test first. she wrote an order for blood test and left the room. Before the result of blood test arrived she charged my insurance for $398.00 for just ordering blood test. When I return to there office to complete the requested examination, I learned that there is an additional fee for getting the result of my blood test and completing my annual physical examination. they actually stolen my money and did not perform the reason that I went to their office .$398.00 charge for ordering just a blood test? most unfair and unjust fee that I have received from health care professional.

Just came in for a quick school physical. I waited a ridiculous amount of time, both in the waiting room and in the exam room (my appt was 9 am, so there shouldn't have been much backup yet at that point), and they charged me $200, which I thought was pretty outrageous considering you can get physicals from CVS minute clinic and other places for $40-50. If I hadn't needed to get my physical done today, I would have left when he told me the price. Or if I had known I would be waiting so long, I would have just driven the 45 minutes to the nearest minute clinic. Lesson learned. The doctor was fine, but I won't come back here. I am self-pay, and was really hoping this would be an easy, quick place where I could bring my 5 kids for their school sports physicals, earaches, or whatever comes up. But nope, I'll take my cash elsewhere, thank you.

Well, here is the update. Still going to Sierra Doc's, but that will change soon. Topo was not the problem as I stated in first review its the staff, there has been some changes but not enough. For the staff that I know there's only 1 that knows what they are doing. I apologize to Topo for the first review, your staff makes you look bad in some patients eye's as it did in mine.

My husband has been coming to Sierra Doctors and seeing the PA, Jeff Topo. Both Jeff and the rest of the staff are always kind and responsive. We are greeted when we come in the door and rarely wait beyond our usual appointment time. My husband receives injections every two weeks so we are here a lot and get to observe the actions of the staff. We don't want to go any where else!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
