I LOVE this office. Im 65yrs old and I have never been to an 'Urgent Care' office in my life. Yes, I had to wait several hours before I was seen, but it was worth it and they were just doing their job. When I was leaving, I left with a thought of relief. I went there because in the past I had to take my husband there for many reasons and many times and found that they are a good place to go get help. Thank you Sutter, I'll be back to you again sometime if I ever find that I need your help again.

I am a member of the Sutter Health care systems. I arrived with a 4 inch laceration above and close to my right eye. I was immediately seen by a nurse followed by the doctor on staff. He decided he could stitch my wound. Great job in an out with in an hour and fifteen minutes. I received sincere and delicate care. Came back for follow up the next day. Now awaiting day ten to have my stitches out. I’m retired senior and have been with Sutter Health for over 9 years. They are the best !

TBH, I didn’t expect a good experience having to visit urgent care at the end of the day after a positive COVID test result, and I definitely didn’t plan on leaving a review about it, but they were so great—from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor, the whole staff. A shout out to Dr Jay for being so thorough and the kind of doc I wish was mine all the time.
