I had a very frustrating experience today with Western Sierra Medical Clinic in Auburn today. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was running late to my appointment. I called and let them know ahead of time and was told if I arrived by 2:55 (within 10 minutes of my appointment time)I would be seen. I drove 25 mins from Grass Valley arrived within the 10 minute window only to be turned away by a very rude receptionist. I would have happily re-scheduled when I called, but was told I could be seen on the condition that I arrived by 2:55. I arrived at 2:53, spoke with the receptionist at 2:54 who went back to check with my provider, Kirsten George. The receptionist walked away, and came back to notify me that she changed her mind and refused to check with my provider or notify her of my arrival. She said I would need to reschedule. Needless to say, I did not reschedule and am now seeking a new provider. Again, I would have happily rescheduled initially, instead of driving from GV to Auburn. Terrible experience and rude front desk staff.

I am so excited to finally have a PCP after 4 yrs of trying to find one who takes new patients! Western Sierra staff is Wonderful; especially Millie! you can tell Millie is the Heart of the office! Dr. Keemer is a blessing to me. I have been in/out of the hospital over 22x in 4 years due to pulmonary/sleep apnea issues.. My last hospital stay I was on life support for 4 days in the ICU. Sr. Keemer is very supportive, very easy to talk too, and truly cares. He is referring me to other doctors I need, getting my Xrays and other tests to see what's going on with my body...I am so thankful.

I have been going here for over ten months trying to figure out what's wrong with me. Every time I go my doctor has changed and they do not read my file and they keep running the same test. I was prescribed an anti biotic and did not realize what it was genetic for until picking it up I am allergic to this drug when I called to request a different antibiotic I got a call back from the administrator who told me I was wrong about being allergic to it. I am trying to switch my doctors office to one that might be a bit more competent

Horrible place to go to, it's takes hours to get through to anyone on the phone, they will call and reschedule you then somehow your appointment doesn't show up in their system so then you have to wait forever for another one when it's their fault they apparently didn't reschedule the appointment. The pediatrician is only in a couple days a week, which is stupid. I wouldn't go here or take my child here, go to stallant healthcare in Weimar they actually do a great job and do care about their patients

Their wait times on phone calls is absolutely ridiculous. When I finally get a hold of someone Im ALWAYS hung up on having to wait another 40 god damn minuets for someone to finally pick up their damn phone. This place is a joke to get a hold of.
