1St Choice Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Went in on 12/17/25 around 11am for an open wound that needed stitches. Front staff was very kind and pleasant. I told them that I might need stitches on my foot as I have an actively bleeding wound. They brought me in for a quick assessment and asked me questions about the wound. They told me that the doctor would come take a look to see if it indeed needed stiches. The doctor came into the assessment area, did not greet me and demanded I take the bandage off. When she saw it was a minor laceration that did need stitches she told me it wasnt that big and if I wanted stitches that I can sit in the waiting room because she was super busy with a lot of patients. There was only one person in the waiting room and when I was talking to the front staff when initially entering they told me it was a slow day. The doctor didn't offer gauze for my actively bleeding laceration on my foot. She was dismissive, apathetic and rude. I used to love going here since I live about 3 minutes away but I would rather drive 30 minutes in any direction for any other urgent care except for this one. Just know that if that female doctor is on shift you will not get treated appropriately.

I highly recommend 1st Choice Urgent Care. I have always had good care. The doctors and staff are great.

I was seen quickly, which I appreciated. The whole visit took less than 30 minutes. But from the start, I felt uneasy when the staff were using sticky notes to record all of my information I was giving them. It felt unorganized and didn't feel very professional. None of the employees were wearing any kind of uniform, which I've never seen at a doctor's office or urgent care before. The exam room itself didn't look very clean, which added to my discomfort. Overall, I didn't feel confident in the care I received and don't think I'll be returning.

Every experience here has been helpful and friendly. I know I can come here and feel at ease

I went in for a concern and was treated accordingly. The wait time was about 5 minutes as it was a slow morning. The doctor was fantastic heard my concern, assessed the problem and prescribed me what I needed. Very professional urgent care

I have always had a very awesome visit, great results every time I visit best medical facility I have ever experienced great staff it’s not the revolving door like the cattle effect, in & out . Awesome doctors THEY LISTEN, we have to many doctors that don’t like to listen in the medical field-went to KMC 1st-that was a mistake and I should of known better but it was for the convience bc it was near by,but,going the extra mile is always worth it- I recommend Life this location to my family friends and public great people helpful professional and always friendly I should have personal membership at this location,Panama-Akers,I have been there many times they as well can be my primary I get the best every time I get there. give Dr Bhalla, Ahsley, Harmen and all their staff my hello-several others too just a great place, we need more people in this world like them they definitely make my life and this world a better place, don’t waste your time anywhere else-take a self inventory and ask yourself have you ever had the cattle affect anywhere (in $ out) ….

Love coming here, but I think it is very disrespectful that the front office lady is on her personal phone while checking in pt and never put her phone down when given papers. I believe her name was Stephanie i always come to the panama office nice and friendly but didn't like that for the office.
