I’ve been doing a few different facilities of accelerated and all were great. But I definitely enjoyed going to this Location due to the fact that it was not super busy and they were very quick and efficient in getting me in and out. Doctor was extremely friendly. Staff was great And took very good care of me. I didn’t go to The location closest to my house because of The people on the waiting list. It is a busier location. I will definitely will be going back to this location.

Accelerated Urgent Care consistently has kind and helpful staff, professionalism, and compassionate care. I’ve had to use their services for myself and for my mother, and this is consistently the experience that we both have had.

I had something in my eye. I put off going in because i feared a long wait in the waiting room and I hoped it would work itself out . Eye got worse so I eventually went in and was very surprised. Large comfortable waiting room. Check in procedure was quick and easy. I was seen in less than 30 minutes. Nurse diagnosed eye infection and I was picking up meds at pharmacy 30 minutes later. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally friendly: registration girl, girl who took my vitals, girl who escorted me to exam room, and nurse practitioner. Cannot give enough praise.

I went in with a sinus infection, checked and and she sent me a link to complete registration. My phone was misbehaving so went back to the desk and she gave me a couple forms to complete at the desk. Within 2 minutes I was called back, took my vitals and into Room 1. NP came in and did an assessment and ordered an antibiotic injection, steroid injection , and oral antibiotics that she sent to the pharmacy. In and out within 30 min. The next morning I felt 100% better. I highly recommend this professional and clean facility on Coffee & Stockdale. Thank you to the Staff.
