List of Accelerated Urgent Care's Reviews
I cannot fathom what takes a provider so long to see patients. I know from experience they could be a lot faster. It seems like their go-to excuse based off other reviews is that they like to use the “only one provider with a procedure to do” as the reason they take forever. Chop chop, hustle. People don’t feel good. Your degree doesn’t give you a reason to take your time in your office doing God knows what. Hustle, speed up, I know you can. The providers didn’t get where they were by sitting around all day, they are capable of keeping up and doing the work faster. And another thing, if AUC paid a fair wage maybe they wouldn’t have just one provider. It’s easier to see on indeed how much they pay their employees. Honestly I might act my wage too, slow and steady if I was them. Hustle hustle
The Front Desk was very nice and courteous and my medical assistant was excellent I was given great care and service. I was very pleased.
I’ve walked in 3 times over the past 18 months and all 3 times I was in and out within 90 min. The last time, in and out in less than 1hour. Super clean, comfortable, easy sign in, excellent staff. I highly recommend!
Brought daughter and grandson to be check out , doctor charges in and doesn't introduce her self , wouldnt let us explain the symptoms that we're experiencing , kept interrupting us. was told that there was no lab at that location, was rude from the get go . Total ignored everything we were the whole situation explaining.
I've used AUC several times for xrays over past two years. Very satisfied with the service.
Great experience with them. My favorite UC location, I drive across town to this one. Providers actually listen to you instead of running random swabs. The ladies are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Provider Antonio Alvarez is amazing.
My most recent visit was the third negative experience, and the worst thus far. On Monday I was seen for lower left abdominal pain after having experienced severe issues all weekend and deciding I should be seen to ensure it was nothing more serious than expected. My thoughts going in were that it was complications with an ovarian cyst, something I've dealt with in the past just never to this extreme. Was seen fairly quickly after having made an appointment online and filling out my forms online as well. They had me do a urine test, without an explanation as to why or for what they were looking for - first irritation. The NP came in, asked a few questions (have I used the bathroom #2, any issues with urinating, etc.), palpated my side (painful) and then said that most things were narrowed down based on my answers and it was likely ovarian or reproductive related. I THEN found out that even though Ovarian Cysts are listed on their website as something to come in and be seen/treated for, they have no ultrasound technology so I had to be referred out. This was extremely frustrating as my co-pay for urgent care is not cheap, so had I known they couldn't in fact do ANYTHING for me I would have saved that $80 and gone to my PCP or the ER in the first place. They referred me out for an ultrasound at Kern Radiology, got scheduled for the next day. I go to the ultrasound, and everything was scanned except for my original problem area....odd? I called afterwards to check what test was scheduled and why it did not include the ONLY area that I was having pain in, only to be told that they *thought* the scan included upper and lower abdomen only to find out after I paid another $150 to get it done that it did not include the needed area and I'd have to schedule an additional pelvic ultrasound for another $100-something. Like many of us, I don't have hundreds of dollars of disposable income to be throwing around for willy nilly medical tests and visits. The NP was NOT helpful and never took any responsibility for not getting me scheduled for the right thing in the first place. No care or instruction was given for pain maintenance, etc. and I was met with rudeness and no solutions in my frustration. I understand that the charge would have been higher anyway to include the additional procedure, but it should have been scheduled in the first place so that we could better understand that costs before proceeding. We had to scrounge up the money for the first as it was, which ended up being a TOTAL waste of time and gave me ZERO information or help for my original problem. I have experienced almost nothing but negative experiences through AUC, it's like they don't actually want to help you or take the 2 extra minutes it would require ensuring that the care we need is correct. This review may not make a big difference in how they care for their patients, but hopefully someone sees this and doesn't waste their time or money coming to these facilities and just goes somewhere like their PCP or ER that will actually have the facilities and caring staff to help them feel better. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Fast care and clean.
Really happy of how they took care of me! This is my favorite location by far!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
