I'm a lyft driver. Every time your dispatchers use lyft I have to cancel because no one shows up because you put the address wrong. You are wasting my time and money constantly. Train your staff correctly. If I could rate lower I would. Still happening months after. Trash employees

I have been clean for almost seven years until today. Angie their employee decided to be cunning and rude and tell me that I probably wouldn't be able to dose by 2:30 "because we have a really long line, and we stop giving medicine at 2:30pm no questions asked" so guess what 👏👏 I might die.

Never thought this would work and honestly Proud to say I've haven't went back to my old bad me . This saved my life .Staff is awesome although I see no point in conseling !

Ben going here for years sometimes the workers make it seem like it's our job to do there job which makes it impossible because only you can do your job so I don't recommend a place putting there thumb on you if you can do it without this place I recommend it save the headache

I'm now on my 14th year opiate free. I've been to many clinics in SoCal and this is undoubtedly the largest clinic i've been to. Methadone Maintenance has kept me clean.

Where do I start ... The staff do not have any good communication skills nor are they on top of they're jobs. Some are very rude I would not recommend this aegis facility I had transferred thinking it wouldn't be so hard to do so but they just give you the run around .

The people that work here are amazing and welcoming. They are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They remember your name and things about you.. they make you feel like you are the only patient or person visiting. The doctors and nurses are just as wonderful! I have personally seen this place change more than one life for the better. I can not share enough how this place is changing lives. If you come across this looking for help or any assistance they offer for yourself or a friend or family member.. do not hesitate! Start now! You won’t regret it.
