Another Dope dealer, Just licensed too do it.Front staff/Nurses are real nice.Inside of the building is falling apart and very depressing.New rules every few months.ALWAYS Go in person if you need something done. It will never happen if you call.Enjoy the ride!!

I used to recommend this facility to all of my patients when I was working at the hospital for my patients that needed help with their addictions but there is no way I would recommend this facility they can't keep the same employees because the administration sucks and you definitely don't want to talk to Eric because it's always negative I'm trying to get ahold of Laura which is the main administrator is an act of God I wouldn't recommend this facility to my worst enemy I'm beginning to think it would be a lot easier to go cold turkey because this is sylheti has made me want to use drugs more so than before my suggestion do not go here find someplace else or any other place no matter how hard you work towards recovery they seem to punish you for the littlest things we're attics we make mistakes but to them you make a mistake and that's it there's no second or third chances they don't look at your history of how well you've been doing all they see is a mistake that you've made please don't go here you will regret it!

Multiple altercations with Clarence the security gaurd with different people and very rude and treats you with no respect Then you file a complaint and the manager ends up siding with their own workers defending them right away not giving us chance to explain that dude got to go before something serious ends up happening

Aegis Treatment Center seems to be the worst methadone clinic in town I wouldn't send my worst enemy or my dog for that matter to this place Eric who happens to be the assistant manager is the worst trying to get any kind of help or solution to my problems is impossible the most recent issue the I had with this place is I can't get the actual doctor which is Dr guirguis to talk to me I've asked for a urine test to specifically show them that I haven't been drinking yes I do admit I had a relapse but they haven't even given me the opportunity to explain the circumstances I've tried contacting Pinnacle which is the company that owns them with no response not to mention that they break HIPAA all the time and for anyone who does not believe me I can post recordings because I've had to go to recording everything that happens when I'm inside that facility because they're constantly changing their stories I'm a nurse at one of the local hospitals and I've told every single one of my patients not to go to the facility it has gotten so bad that I contacted an attorney and I'm turning over all of my tapes I have also contacted the local news if you have any brains at all you'll do your research because this facility has horrible ratings and my next step is to call the Better Business Bureau I also have several other patients that agree with me and we are in the process of trying to set up a protest of unfair treatment so my recommendation for this place is absolutely horrible and I wouldn't suggest going here at all

This place has saved my life. I went from taking 30 norcos a day to none and the staff has helped every step off of the way

It really does help people out if you wanna get off of an drug addiction go there.

So recently they stopped making appointments for their drs. How can you not make appointments?! A LOT OF US HAVE JOBS THAT WE HAVE TO BE AT! Sorry I’m not one of your treaker patients that can sit there all day just to be in the Air conditioning. The rules here have only gotten stupider and stupider after the year I’ve been here. Btw MOST of the receptionists are HORRIBLE, the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with, AGAIN IM NOT YOUR LOW LIFE TWEAKER PATIENT, STOP TREATING EVERYONE LIKE ONE! Ps if you think I’m too scared to put my name this is Tanner Rowley.:)

It's the place for anyone wants to quit opioids, they are really professional, helpful and respectful to all clients. I have nothing but a good experience with all the staff. Thank you guys.
