Dr. Jasleen Tiwana is a wonderful Dr. When she’s properly informed. I’ve had to retain an attorney due to miss management of my records. I’ve been waiting a month now and still nothing I’m believing this is a personal issue with the MA Jessica. I believe Jessica has went out of her way to detour my paper work. I do not believe Jessica has even informed Dr. Tiwana that I’m having paper work faxed.

Very good they take care of almost everything.. And this doc is cool. And understanding. His daughter is even more awesome. Explains everything so you can understand the priblems.. if there is any. Highly recommended

I had to disclose my information in front of everyone in the waiting room. Lots of paperwork. They did tests and blood work. The doctor Singh seemed not horrible. Dr Tiwana was ok. Some of the desk staff can be very rude. Front desk staff are extremely slow in processing paperwork calling pharmacy etc. Mario a private contractor refused to do my heart echo. The office refuses to refer me out elsewhere for my heart echo. When I ask for complaint forms I am not given them.

The PA Is great. He takes the time to listen. Dr Tiwana daughter is an amazing dr. She is very thorough. She explains everything in detail. The front office staff is horrible. The lady that usually sits up front. She can be rude. The times I’ve called to verify appointment or schedule. I get put on hold often. Even worse they don’t say hold. The Indian girl will automatically put u on hold over and over again. Very unprofessional to not ask the patient can u please hold. Every one else is ok. It’s just the girl that almost always sits up front. She the one that can’t tell me my appointment time. I always get put on hold. The only reason why I go there is because the drs are great. Unfortunately the medical office assistant Up front ruins my rating.

I love this office! I choose them as my PCP almost 9 years ago. Dr. Singh was always my main doctor all these years. He really knows his stuff and is so helpful. Now and that Dr. Tiwana’s daughter is there I love it even more! She is absolutely wonderful! There front staff is polite and helpful. Blood draws in office and she’s amazing too! Just an amazing team and I’m so happy with my care.
