Arturo Palencia's Online Review Report Card

I have to say I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Palencia and all of his staff at the office as well as at the surgery center. I had a procedure yesterday and from the time I walked in the door until I left everyone was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I have had the same Dr for years yet due to his passing I was recommended to Dr. Palencia for my procedure and I am 💯 percent satisfied and was comfortable with the whole process and would recommend him to anyone looking for care. A huge thank you to I believe the nurses name in the procedure room was Cynthia forgive me if I am wrong yet she made me feel so comfortable during my procedure and talked me through the whole thing and answered all of my questions completely. Best care I received in a long time! Thank you and I will be back. Sincerely Melanie

Worse experience in all my doctor visits, for starters whoever is processing the insurance information very rude with a bad attitude and not being professional when talking and besides that she was lying saying that a week before my appointment she called both of the numbers that they were in the doctors referral and leave a message saying that they cancel my appointment because they didn’t have my new insurance information, when I didn’t received any calls or messages on any of my numbers and then the front desk said that they called and I didn’t answer when they were dialing the wrong number and then they get upset and said that I provided the wrong number with a bad attitude when she literally said that they got the numbers from the referral, like one good friend of mine will say “that’s not a good business”… this place like any other starts with the front desk and whoever is making the appointments you talk to them first and I know that they probably went to college or something like that but need to know that they need to treat the patient right because the patients are not well that’s why they go there but that personal working there is very unprofessional, I don’t know if all of them are like that but it seems like they are too, and thank goodness I was able to look for another place where to go, so I didn’t see dr Palencia at all so I don’t know if he’s good or not, but the personal he has it’s something else and someone needs to tell him that people at their office is responsible for losing patients, his personal needs to get them more trained or maybe need to clean the house, hopefully they change for real and start treating patients better, I will never go back to that place ever again, I will give this place -4 stars if it was possible

Amazing Dr Dr Palencia has been my Doctor for 14 years. Even with the many associates he has had to help him and his office out the care has been above and beyond amazing. He listens to you and cares about you. He's not a doctor who thinks of you has a number or dollar sign. He actually listens you and together comes up with coarse and treatment that is best for you. I've do wish I could see him personally at least a few times a year or am able to talk to him with concerns or questions you feel like he needs to know or you feel more comfortable talking to him with other than his Nurse practitioner.

They don't care about your health horrible place Dr. Palencia and the whole pain management institute is complete garbage.

The front desk staff are unprofessional and argumentative. The heavier set lady often seems confused, which leads to mistakes in transactions. Additionally, she is frequently rude, uncaring, and dismissive. Dr. Palencia can also be difficult to deal with; although he is skilled in surgery, his insensitive remarks and attitude can be off-putting. Overall, the way they treat everyone feels demeaning, like they are dealing with inmates or addicts. I grew tired of the poor experience with the front desk, so I am now looking for another provider.

I’ve got herniated and ruptured discs in my spine, degenerative disc disease, Spina biffida occulta, lower extremity neuropathy. This place uses excuses like “you’re too young for surgery,” and then they treat you like a drug addicted feign if you need pain management. Good luck getting past the uneducated office staff who are extremely resistant to helping their clients.

he is great but prescription personell sluggish been a patient for years excellent care excellent surgical team but the prescription department takes a week plus to get pills ordered to pharmacy ill call office manager to complain this week
