I love coming to basic nutritional stores. Instead of holding the line up at a grocery store with your WIC it is so much more convenient to come here for WIC. And the process is so much faster, they grab everything for you and bag it up and your on way!!

The bitch that works on mc Donald way location needs to be fired. She is miserable looking in the face every time I've been there. She needs to change her profession and go work in a warehouse or call center. She really lacks customer service. The worst I've seen recently. I'd rather be talking to a robot or even a special needs person at the counter. She is so rude and unpleasant on about 4-5 occasions. I've concluded its not me it's her. I would give zero stars but it's not an option *again this is for the America/McDonald Way Location. It did not Pop up as a location to do a review* hopefully management deals with her depressed ass a ccordingly.
