She was amazing! The entire process, from beginning to end, was incredibly smooth. All of my questions were answered, and I always felt well informed and comfortable throughout the experience. I drive two hours to see Dr Dev and I never have to wait to see the Doctor.....he is VERY prompt and on time....the staff is friendly and courteous.

My experience at this medical practice was extremely frustrating. Upon arriving, there was no available parking, and I spent about 10 minutes circling the parking lot before finally finding a spot. After checking in, I was given paperwork that took approximately 20 minutes to complete. I'm not sure why this paperwork couldn't have been sent ahead of time to be completed before the appointment, which would have saved time. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 AM, but I wasn't taken back to a room until around 10:30 AM. Once I was placed in the room, I continued waiting. At approximately 11:10 AM, I finally had to ask someone how much longer I would be waiting. At that point, I had already been there for well over an hour and a half. I understand that medical offices can experience delays and unexpected circumstances, but the lack of communication and the amount of time spent waiting was disappointing. If there are significant delays, patients should be informed rather than left sitting and wondering what is going on.

“This doctor has been amazing from start to finish. They’ve taken wonderful care of me after my apron surgery (panniculectomy). I want to say a big thank you to the doctor, the RN, and the reception staff for being so kind, patient, and understanding. The customer service has been excellent, and I truly felt cared for. A special thank-you to Cynthia for helping me and taking the time to explain everything throughout the process. I’m so grateful for all of you. all i can say is dr. dev and his staff were and are amazing! cynthia & nina were great, every single staff member are so very kind! being referred to this place has been nothing but amazing, everything from my paperwork, to a returned phone call, to my appointments, to getting me prepared for surgery, to having everything explained, to answering all my questions, up to my surgery, march 6th 2025 (panniculectomy) to even the aftercare has been amazing! i don't understand when i see all the negative comments, but then again i guess i was really lucky, not only myself, but my husband is really happy with this place even he said this place is nothing like some of the negative comments, dr. dev and staff thank you all for everything, your kindness, hospitality, being very caring and understanding! i would definitely recommend this place!.. i am so very happy and content with everything! god bless!.. p.s.. be patient; it takes time to heal; listen; pay attention to the directions, and your body!! i followed everything i was supposed to do, before and aftercare everything went well, i thank god i did not have no complications!! there is a reason why there are directions before surgery, and after surgery, if you do not follow them you can certainly have complications!! don't rush or hurry the healing process, be patient!! 1
