EXCELENTE DOCTOR

Worst experience ever, left office in tears! This doctor is running insurance scams by billing insurance companies such as Kern Medical for these small procedures and not at all fixing the problem at hand! He only made my situation worse and when I asked him for help to complete the work he told me no that because of my insurance I had to go back to the clinics and start all over! When I did get to the clinics the PA filled me in and said yup 👍 he sure is scamming patients! You stole a piece of my life and you didn’t even fix it you should be ashamed of yourself! I might even seek legal help on a malpractice lawsuit against you…..

The receptionist was so rude when i tired to make an appointment. Ive never encountered a more rude and miserable person. DO not go here might be a great doctor but they need a new receptionist bs i called 9/16/22 at 940am

My OB for my first child. The ladies at the front desk are always super kind and on top of things. Anucha is very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. At first I thought he was a little nonchalant since this is my first pregnancy and I was expecting every appointment to be very detailed and extended like a normal doctors appointment lol. He has one goal and that’s to deliver your baby safely. That’s something you must be remember when dealing with him. Also something I had to figure out myself as I would come to appointments and majority of the time hear, “that’s the baby’s head and that’s the baby’s heart beat. See you in 4 weeks” once I got further along conversations started to get longer and things started to get more specific. Fast forward to 40 weeks and anucha kept saying how my baby would be anywhere from 7.5lbs-8lbs and he wanted to make sure I’d deliver asap. Well went in for my appointment and he called the hospital and had me head straight over. Very brief but let me know the staff are aware of my arrival. Got to the hospital, was there for a few hours. Sac would not burst on its own so anucha came and broke it for me. Briefly informed me how things should start going, Then immediately left out the room (like I said he has a goal and it’s to deliver the baby safely nothing else lol) no more than 1 hr later I was in excruciating pain telling the nurse I’m gonna die lol. I went from 6cm to 9cm in about 10-15 mins tops. Everything started happening so fast, the room started filling up with so many people then anucha arrived, was very firm and brief on what we’re about to do. Everyone got in position and he lead the way, after 4 hard pushes and anucha telling me “listen to me” lol he flopped my 8lbs 8oz son on me and after that he was silent, immediately started sewing me up. I complained of pain he got me the lidocaine right away and finished doing what he’s doing. If you want an Ob who knows what he’s doing and has tunnel vision then this is your guy. If you want an OB that’s gonna hold your hand and give you unnecessary emotional support then don’t even bother. His job is to deliver baby safely and that’s exactly what he did. No matter what doubts I had at the beginning of my prenatal visits I am so thankful I stuck them out and just trusted my gut. Best labor experience ever (even though its my only one lol) he knows what he’s doing, you just have to trust him. He deserves more recognition. Thank you anucha and the staff!!

An hour and a half wait time. They like to waste our time but they expect us to be here before! The receptionist are ridiculous. They need a new job because their really bitter. No interest what’s so ever.

Dr Anucha supported my VBAC…was there for every step of the way would recommend him to anyone was so patient with me and my delivery, I’m glad I went to him

From the several Dr. offices I have visited in Bakersfield, this office has had the most adept staff. The Dr. also was very knowledgeable and equally informative with excellent bedside manners. I only removed a star because they don’t offer a service I am looking for. *UPDATE* After learning I was pregnant and completing a verification appointment, I went in for my first ultrasound. I waited an hour and got frustrated and text my husband. The the nurse came, asked me to undress and wait for the doctor. Shortly after the doctor came in, asked if I had any questions but answered with “go to the hospital, they would know” to all my questions. Then he did an ultrasound said, “there’s the baby, shut the screen off, and then did a papsmear without letting me know in advance, and left. Total time with doctor? FIVE MINUTES. Later I moved and found a new gyno and found out that he gave me a due date off by A WHOLE MONTH. He didn’t even take the time to analyze my ultrasound.

Usually, I do not write reviews, but this time I had to share my experiences at the offices of Dr. Anucha Chibuike. First off, he is a great gynecologist. Alongside his amazing staff, I was able to feel confident about the surgery I had this last March. In addition, he was attentive, patient and answered all my questions. I am blessed to have found him. I fully recommend his services to anyone.

The wait is long, tried calling to cancel my appointment and the phones were turned off before their office even closed lol
