List of Comprehensive Blood & Cancer Center's Reviews
No one gets back to you. Your calls go into a vacuum. When you connect, they push you down the road another week or two. They gladly get you in at first, but treatments are weeks or months later. They don't care if your cancer is spreading because it's just more money for them after they've hooked you. Biggest regret ever. Zero stars.
Was impossible to schedule an appointment. After a week of phone tag, I gave up. The new patient coordinator never answered the phone which I learned was protocol. They call back on their schedule 24-72 hours later which makes it impossible for people who work to actually make an appointment. Pretty bad when you can even talk to someone about making an appointment.
Compared to other medical facilities, CBCC has impressed us with their caring employees from the clerks up front to the technicians and nurses. The Doctors have been caring and completely attentive. What a difference from other facilities!! Thank you CBCC.
One of their employees under the name of patty perez who allowed and encouraged their child to bully my 10 year old daughter who has had cancer since she was the age of 8 months and was hospitalized till the age of 5 years old and lost her eye in the process .I tried reaching out to the manager to speak about it and they just keep ignoring me . I think it's INSANE for a person to work with Cancer patients while allowing their child to make a Cancer child feel bad about herself for something that she could not control. It just hurts to know that somewhere that's supposed to be a safe space for cancer patients is allowing a person like that to work there.
Please do not support this business. They have a employee named Patty Perez, who thinks it's okay to bully a cancer child with disability.
I'm a very lucky person for always being assigned to the best of the Drs at both CBCC and KMC. To name few: Dr Allan Cartmell @ CBCC, and @ KMC Dr Augustine Munoz, Surgeon Victor Sorensen, Dr Ihsaan Kalha, another nurse practitioner at KMC-Oncology (forget her name?)
This is one of the most efficient practices in this town that I've ever seen.
My father who has cancer and can barely walk had an appointment (in person) so he went there and had to walk throught this giant building on his crutches just to get told his doctors on vacation and just call back.
01.27.23 mask required. Cleen inside and outside.
Had dermatology appointment today with Dr. Annalis.. (probably misspelled her name) she was very knowledgeable and informative and pointed me in the right direction on my skin needs. She and her staff made me feel comfortable highly recommend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
