I had a cataract surgery done with Dr Chang in 2019. I did the bifocal lens. Great doctor, no issues with my surgery. I would recommend him.

I had a failed monovision cateract surgery in 2019. I was left with permanent double vision and deterorating eye sight. I am unable the mono vision eye is almost blind I have terrible eye pain dizziness and headaches. Dr Changs response for my request to fix this was to terminate my care and refuse to refer or work with another doctor. Please don't risk your vision on Empire Eye and Lazor. I am told this is how all unsuccessful surgeries are treated. He is polite so he got 1 star

I just left Dr. Chang's office at Empire eye. He is so thorough and kind. My prior doctor did not do the proper tests on me for over three years. Dr. Chang did all the correct tests and has a treatment plan set up for me with all the right specialists which are also at Empire Eye. All the employees were wonderful and I have hope for getting my eyes corrected and to having anymore problems. I left happy knowing I picked the right doctor. They have all the latest up to date equipment. You only need this location for all your eye needs I highly recommend Dr Chang and Empire Eye.

I am not happy with the results of my laser surgery. Starburst and other visual problems that were minimized by Dr. Chang.
