The only problem I can think of is they don't reschedule or scheduled your appointment for whatever the doctor need you to do. I feel like am the one chase them to do something for me. When they're the one should be doing that. Also I keep telling them I need a doctor note to do whatever they need me to do. Which they haven't and I can't do anything. Work comes first.

The front office staff are not at all friendly. The rooms are so small they only have room for two people. Came here to get results on possible cancer biopsy. I will definitely be going to UCLA or USC where they are more friendly and treat you with respect and dignity. Whomever manages this center really needs to train front office staff on how to treat patience with some respect and dignity. Professionalism is lacking here and the uncaring attitude toward the patient is sad. You can tell they don't like their job, they all look pissed they have to work. No smiles or friendly demeanor here. Very negative feel here.

Este lugar es terrible con el servicio a los pacientes las recepcionistas son rudas arraganas y no les gusta trabajar el dr es amable pero si no corre ese par holgazanas se va quedar si pacientes esa Esa desire y la otra son unas incompetentes tengo 3 años y mi salud no mejora me mandaron con el Sirujano y él ordenó unos exámenes y me dan varios números de fax y según nunca les llega nada. Es frustrante lidiar con esta personas buenos cobrar al seguro médico bola de incompetentes 😤😤

I had a good experience with the nursing staff. The endoscopy could not be performed due to me not being sedated enough (sorry) In the process of getting an appointment with Good Samaritan hospital. They seem to be taking care of me. EDIT: Three weeks now and still no update for me. I’ve called three times (once a week) and still no update for me. Hopefully this gets through to them as I am running out of options.

One of the worst medical facilities that I have EVER encountered…..and this includes the hack urgent care centers that pass for doctors in this town. From start to finish with this place I had the WORST experience. At every turn with these people I felt that they really could care less. Maybe it was too much to expect that a facility whose purpose was sticking probes up humanity’s collective bums could somehow manage empathy or compassion. Or competence. I will drive to LA, SF, or Phoenix if this is what passes for medicine in Bakersfield.

The staff is incredibly rude. They do not make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in or by the time you leave. The older woman in the back was the worst she was extremely rude when asked questions and instead of doing her job she tried to lecture my spouse who was still coming out of sedation. The dr was in a rush, he seemed annoyed that questions were asked and that we did not understand what he was saying.
