Dr Balch was professional and explained any question that I may have had. I had very few because he explained the process so well. I am very happy with with his care that when the time comes I will use him to replace my other knee.

Dr. Balch was honest with me about what to expect with the pain and realistic expectations for each individual is different. Not to compare myself to others. His team are extremely caring and nice. They work hard to accommodate my needs and are there 24/7. Very comforting.

With daily check-ins and quick responses, I never had to worry about a thing. All my questions and concerns were addressed every time.

The consultation, the pre op, the surgery itself, the recovery and the post op phases were all completed with professional competence and personal courtesy.

Dr. Balch was great! He was easy to keep in contact with and made sure to answer any and all questions or concerns. He was very thorough and explaining all the details regarding what happens during surgery after surgery and throughout the recovery including physical therapy. The staff I encounter SCOI were always eager to help and were extremely helpful and friendly. The physical therapy although painful was great in that I felt very well taken care of and pushed my limits knowing I was capable of more. The team you can tell get along great and each of the staff I have worked with this far have been helpful, friendly, encouraging and funny. I would highly recommend SCOI not only for treatment with the doctors and their staff but for their physical therapy staff!

My knee replacement is a success. As soon as possible I will doing my left knee. Dr. Balch listened to me and setup the best plan to get me mobile again. I would highly recommend him.
