they told me to wait in the waiting room while my wife was concerned about our baby they took her in and said someone will get me , and i waited over 30 minutes mind you i was the first person in the room other lady's and people came and got called etc and im still waiting in the fucking room they didnt get me and i had no info on what was going on with my wife or our baby and then what my wife was already finished with the check up and i was never called freezing my ass off in that stupid waiting room while every other person got called and even people that got there after me waited no longer then 10 minutes, hospital entrance is a mess and completely unorganized, i do not recommend this shitty hospital or service

En mi caso aunque perdí a mi ser querido no fue que el personal del hospital lo hiciera mal fue cosa de dios los doctores hicieron lo imposible por salvarla todo lo que estuvo a su alcance son doctores muy buenos y cave resaltar el trato de la enfermera SAHIBA GONZALES es una mujer enfermera perfecta extraordinaria muy profesional amable perfecta en todos los sentidos felicito su lavor en dicho hospital y al hospital por tener este tipo de personas

Dr Daniel was amazing! He explained everything that was wrong with my kid and made sure to tell us how to prevent what was wrong with. It's truly an amazing place with wonderful staff

Miss Maria, Dr. Benjamin, and The Girls at the Front Desk were all so warm, Friendly and nice to me when I'd came here. I greatly appreciate them wholeheartedly for taking such great care of me. You all Rock!!

Moms been in the ER waiting for transportation to new home and not leaving till Friday and they won’t offer to give her a shower to use to clean herself. Don’t think they would let their mother go without cleaning themselves for several days if they would they shouldn’t be in healthcare!!!

This is the worst hospital. we have been in the ER in Bakersfield for 4 hours with my dad and nobody has done anything, he is in a lot of pain. Staff don't seem to care about anybody. patients are frustrated. why do they call this ER or even hospital?

The staff was very nice and they got us is quickly. I like how even the doctor comes out to talk to patients who have trouble walking.
